Cultivate discipline and your mood wont be a factor when you're working on yourself.

Training is the hard part, the race is just your victory lap. ✌️

Had a great experience at the @longbeachmarathon this was a redemption for me. Last year a had a bad cramp that almost sidelined me. I took the year to work on my form, my technique, and my weight. I came into this race determined to prove something. Amazing what a year of discipline and focus can do. Lets see what 2027 will look like. The work is not finished 💪

Best feeling in the world, going from not being sure you belong here to being absolutely sure you are in the right place.

What a difference a year makes. Being consistent and putting in the work pays off and you can see it here. I Was able to drop 80 pounds and come back to @longbeachmarathon for a "redemption" race. thank you to everyone that provided support and encouragement, especially my wife @mrs.juliemedina couldn't do it without her. This was a good milestone that was achieved but I am far from done. Looking forward to the next chapter. taken in Long Beach, California by @_run_eddie_run

Another run in the books, this time at @highlandparkbrewery getting that hill work in. Weather starts to cool down as the night falls. Having our @noxgear_nation lights on to keep us safe. See ya next week! Cheers 🍻
