2024 was an amazing and difficult year. So I want to share some updates about me from this past year. I’m proud to say that I overcame a lot and sad to say it took so long to figure things out. First, I can say proudly that I fought and won my eating disorder. I had struggled with it for 4 years and i’m in full recovery. Sadly, it made it hard to post pictures of myself this past year because I was afraid of people judging my weight gain. Second, I quit weed and alcohol. Both hindered my ability to be myself most of the time and I didnt want to continue the cycle I had with these substances. Third and most importantly, I found God and Jesus. My life has and is still changing for the better due to them. I have a new outlook on life that is continuing to make me a better and kinder person to myself, and to others. Taking that step and going to church with my aunts was the best thing I could have done for myself. I look forward to growing in 2025 and can’t wait to see what God has in store for me<3 by @_ryleighhampton_
