Remember where you came from. Rather it’s an active choice to forget.

Everything about who we are comes from our #subconsciousprogramming from the past if we’re not conscious to catch it and flip the script.

I had a deadline on Thursday at 1pm. My conditioning was that hard work is rewarded and therefore I was going to have to be freeking miserable burning myself out. The next belief was that I’ll never be seen for my true worth and to stand half a chance I need to repeat myself, make it really stand out like no other and be completely perfect.

I decided to flip the script. At 3pm on Wednesday I hit pause and took the evening off. I watched my favourite podcast which happens to be about #neuroscience and #humanconditioning.

In the morning I had the entire budget to write from scratch. I did it with #JOY ! This was a completely new project. What a great opportunity lay ahead. I leaned into how I wanted the art project to feel when I would be doing it and took that energy in. I took time to enjoy reading my letters of support and soak in the support. I’m sad to say the old me would not have taken the time to feel that in my heart.

I was in a flow state and just noticed the time at 12:53. Just enough time to give it a quick check over and submit.

I had been conditioned by society, family upbringing and corporate culture to operate in my masculine and with a sense of the people who make decisions won’t get me.

My grandad was a farmer and he wouldn’t allow female vets on the farm. I’m proud that in his life I told him how much strength, wit and grit he could not possibly recognise.

I knew that but I still carried the “not enoughness” and over extending as my default mode of operation until this week. It was an active effort to not work on Wednesday night - to watch a podcast and actively forget.

In terms of designing my future. It’s crazy how powerful I am when I forget the past. The budget made me reflect this too.

It’s funny how accurate you become about a project you’ve literally just invented. When you get really clear on something it starts to happen.

Don’t forget where that comes from.

Don’t forget the bit that starts with you. 🪄✨ by @_s_tripped

Six years ago, my safe investments, my property and my pension, lost a few hundred thousand pounds. And it was the best proof I ever got that the standard script we’ve been fed is completely broken.

Three years before that happened, I made a choice that went completely against traditional financial advice. I released £20,000 of equity from my property to fund a year in Bali.

I invested it because investing in myself is the only thing that is actually safe and smart. I always knew I was my biggest asset.

I put myself through a startup accelerator, a full-stack web development course, and my yoga teacher training. That £20k investment in my own skill set, my nervous system, and my capacity was the exact foundation I used to launch and build a multiple six-figure business.

So when those “safe” things went down and the traditional markets took a massive hit three years later, I didn’t panic. My property and pension equity swallowed a few hundred thousand pounds and my liquidity was gone, but the biggest asset left standing was me. My earning power and my magnetism were already at an all-time high.

If I hadn’t moved then and used that liquidity when I actually could, I wouldn’t even have that option on those locked-up assets right now. Time is valuable. Timing is everything.

We’ve been fed this boomer generation script about how “the property made money.”

But my property didn’t make the money. I did.

My holding capacity, my strategy, my risk tolerance, and my vision are what generated that wealth. Bricks can’t think. A pension fund doesn’t have intuition.

If I hadn’t backed myself and released that equity eight years ago, I wouldn’t have the capacity to hold this space in the unknown open now.

When you scale a business, the bottleneck is never your capital. It is your capacity. It is your willingness to treat yourself as the primary asset, rather than a secondary afterthought to a spreadsheet.

I’m preparing to bring a completely new archetype to the business landscape. One that flips the script on how we build wealth, reclaim our power and scale our visions from pleasure rather than survival.

This is (S)tripped,
a space I’ve been building quietly for a long time — now shared.

(S)tripped is about stripping away the masks and old patterns we’ve learned to live behind — not to become someone new, but to live from what’s already true.

This work is for you if; you’re at a transition point,
something in your life looks right but doesn’t feel right,
you’re ready for honesty, responsibility, and integration — not quick fixes.

It isn’t about optimisation, performance, or chasing peak experiences.
The work is slow, embodied, and continues long after the insight.

The process moves through preparation, exploration, and integration — using meditation, somatic practices, and intentional journeys to support real change in everyday life.

If this resonates, you’ll find more about the work and ways to connect via the link in my bio.

How AI is distorting the signal.

I’m big on acting with #integrity and #authenticity. It’s come to my attention acutely how AI distorts what is in real life a very clear signal.

I recently had a post on IG skyrocket to 40k+ views and over 1200 likes not for the high value content. Data shows IG pumped my post out to 40k men over 45 years old who acted disparagingly when the content was designed for high value liberated women. These are non followers that my world would otherwise not collide with. When I dug in to why this happened, I discovered #AlgorithmicBias. I want to raise awareness of this.

#Diversity and #Inclusion has come so far in real life but the algorithms are still coding out-dated thinking. Algorithms are set up to maximise clicks, likes and followers. But what if authentic high integrity people value fewer aligned likes than a numbers game.

I’ve been leaning into my feminine energy and a more aligned way of being for a while now. The old world measured success in metrics and growth, the future requires selection and refinement.

In other examples I lost confidence in Spotify. It created an algorithm hole 🕳️ distributing synthetic music that a computer was producing. I’m big on the arts and supporting artists so I took aligned action. Large organisations are falling into the trap that investing in AI will cut costs, headcount and enable “cheaper” talent to run the business. Although AI is smart, it’s not capturing the nuance and deciphering reality. It is a risk. I have an example in banking, where a bank has removed layers of communication in both directions to and from the customer. It created a hallucination on a feedback loop that became bigger than what the system was built to deal with.

In the past I’ve seen large leading organisations kick real problems under the rug because they don’t make immediate profit.

More than ever we need to act in alignment, trust our intuition and lead with integirity.

I am a liberated woman and write high value content for a niche of other high value women. It has come to my attention that IG algorithms are lowering the bar and feeding misinformation to a low calibre audience. This is particularly relevant today with AI performing spectacularly in certain ways and equally abysmally in others - creating artificial social constructs and drowning out voices rather than enabling diversity. I want to call this out.

Navigating the final eclipse of a series and layers of endings (or was it beginnings) going back to 2017. I’m feeling something really deeply although this actual relationship wasn’t pinned up with the recognisable pins of a relationship. It wasn’t all about hot dinner dates and sex. There was a deeper connection than I felt before but relatively little pertaining to the real world.

It made me feel mad to feel so much about so little. The thing is, I had changed and I didn’t recognise the way the world responded now. My reality was shifting and I wasn’t ready to meet the depth of that shift. When it started I was at the end of a 500 day celibacy and radically reshuffled/ reclaimed how I relate. I stepped away from messy endings and missed the drama in between. You could say I saved myself from it but those details haven’t stopped me feeling it.

I feel grief right now disproportionate to one relationship (if I call it that) but how much of a breakup is the other person’s mess and how much is your own? This actual “relationship” was clean but it let me see where my past conditioning hadn’t served me and the ways that I am the creator of my reality.
