It’s a good thing I brace my core, right?

I used to get so fed up with myself in my 20s, hoping and wishing for a short cut so I didn’t have to do the work. I turned to emotional eating to overcompensate for the hardships I was going through and I’d fall into a vicious cycle of starting and stopping working out. My mind always wanted to try, but my body was so used to comfort and complacency. At one point you need to stop giving up on yourself and know you’re worth what you deserve.

If you believe you’re ready, shoot me a DM if you’d like to work together. 🫶🏽

February 2025 vs. February 2024 💕
Crazy how much changes in a year - especially with consistency and love. I didn’t get here by shaming myself and making myself feel bad - I got here because I wanted to feel better about the way I move through life and the long term goals for my future self. Remember, our bodies will forever change; whether we are in the process of leaning out or bulking up, make sure you do it with self love and respect. ☺️

I don’t think we appreciate the different parts of us enough. We tend to be our own worst critics and we nitpick until there’s nothing left. If there’s anything I’ve learned, I got myself through the hardest times and always found a way to make things work, no matter which version needed to carry me.
