Sunrise in Joshua Tree with my @sacred_forest_crystal_harps ✨. Disconnecting from the world for a few days was much needed and I already miss the stillness of the early mornings.

POV: I’m about to send your body on a trip into the cosmos 💖✨

It felt so good to get my bowls out this morning and touch some grass. Happy Taurus season!

In my quest to learn how to hold space for others, I have learned how to hold space for myself. ✨

This is one of my favorite grounding and heart opening melodies. Put on some headphones, gently close your eyes, and take some deep breaths. Enjoy :)

Enjoy this quick heart, third eye, and root chakra sound healing
(Plus the lovely organic rain sounds). I recommend wearing headphones to get the full benefit of this session.

I invite you to take a few cleansing breaths and give yourself permission to slow down and fully surrender to this moment. At the end, maybe taking notice of any shifts you may feel. 🙏🏻

Enjoy ✨
