I got invited to speak to the girl’s @urbanaflagfootball & what an honor it was to meet these young ladies.

Thank you @coachpanchomoore & @darrendevante for putting this together.

I went there to share my football journey & practice with them, but hearing their stories inspired me.

So, I promised them I’d pop-up at a game. Earlier that day, I sent them a game day video, but they had no idea I was coming.

When I made it, I began cheering for the girls. I saw one of the girls look back & tap her teammate saying, “omg… look… she came!” 🥹🥹

And that’s how important it is to show up. I want these girls to know I got their back!

Year 2 is officially in the books and I ended the season with my honeys by my side 🥹🫶🏼

This season, I got to play for the city that raised me and let me just say THIS IS HOME 💙💚 I came into my 2nd season still feeling like a rookie, but my Coaches and teammates poured into me, made me better and helped me build my confidence.

My 1st year, I only had 5 tackles.

This year, I finished with 13 tackles, 1 for loss, 2 defended passes and even got a 3 yd kick return. (If you know me, then you know I don’t catch so that was major for me lol)

My goal is to always do better than my last season—

I share this to say: BELIEVE IN YOURSELF LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT 🫶🏼
