Dad, this one is for you 🤍🕊

Your sweet girl is still here growing, evolving, never giving up, educating & loving herself, & trying to shine God’s light in a world full of darkness.

You would be tremendously proud! 🤍

A time was had with @chikikerunclub 🏃🏾‍♀️💨🔥 trying to get back into the running space can be trying, especially if you haven’t done it in a while. This gave me the extra push I needed + the vibes, top tier!

Babes, at some point you have to have a self talk with yourself and ask the hard questions. We want people to benefit our lives, but at what point do you ask if you benefit someone else’s?

Community works both ways & should feel reciprocal. Ask yourself:

Do I help push them?
Do I add value to them?
Do I hold them accountable?

If your answer is no, in love, you have some work to do. Also make sure they are doing these in return! 😉 Life is better with community!

Sundays are for the Word, relaxation, & preparation for the upcoming week! Reset, Refocus, & Relax

A few ways to utilize your Sundays & prepare for the week:
Read a book
Attend a church service
Meal prep
Skincare
Listen to a relaxing playlist
Watch a good movie
Plan your week ahead
Just be still

I’m personally having to improve the time I spend on Sundays, but I hope you accomplish at least one this upcoming week! Let me know in the comments how you spend your Sundays 😉
