Reminiscing about the epic time I had last week at the @hyroxuk race. If you haven't heard of Hyrox, it's like a combination of total wipeout and Hunger Games (minus the death, of course). Trust me, it's intense but so much fun!

When @deadskill first asked me to be his mixed doubles partner, I was skeptical. But his persistence paid off and I found myself at one of the toughest fitness competitions I've ever done. And you know what? It was fucking awesome! I loved tapping into my competitive side and pushing myself to the limit.

Take a leap of faith and don't be afraid to sign up for that competition you've been avoiding, take those singing lessons you've always wanted, or join that triathlon you've been eyeing. Why? Well, first of all, we're not getting any younger (scientific fact, folks). And secondly, every step you take to grow as a person makes you a badass at everything else you do.

So go out there and challenge yourself! Embrace the thrill of competition and the joy of pushing your limits. You won't regret it, I promise.

I stumbled upon this old gem of a photo, and it instantly brought back a flood of memories.

In this moment captured by the talented @brillant007 , I was completely immersed in my own world.

As I struck this pose, I couldn't help but feel an overwhelming surge of emotions. It reminded me of the power of movement, the beauty of expression, and the joy that comes from embracing the rhythm of life. 🎶

@helen.shute & @benoitswanpouffer & @franmoseley asked me nearly a year ago if I had the capacity to produce a short film that would be a tribute to health and social care workers who died of Covid-19 at the start of the pandemic. I jumped at the opportunity to use my skills and produce a beautiful dance film to remember and honour them.

Thank you to an incredible cast and crew who were dedicated, passionate and gave it their all on the day! We had so many things against us but we did it and it looks amazing (even if I say so myself)!

Big shoutout to everyone’s favorite @d._ellaa for being a boss in so many ways. 💕✨
