Poppy is one of the symbols of summer for me.
Even though i meet them quite rare, i love them so much!
These poppies were captured near parking against the sunset. And the video version was made by Luma Dream Machine AI
My dream is to see a whole field of poppies. Can you believe i've never seen it?🥺 taken in Poppy Field by @_sandy515_

Let the rain kiss you. Let the rain beat upon your head with silver liquid drops. Let the rain sing you a lullaby. ~Langston Hughes

A blue galaxy 🌌

My today's post will be a bit long.

Today I watched Denis Villeneuve's Dune, i long expected movie. It's an absolute visual masterpiece, a Space Odyssey of our time. It's filmed as perfect as it could be. All the designs are just mind blowing. All those incredibly looking spaceships and especially ornithopters. These dragonfly looking flying machines are really impressive in their almost natural beauty.

The visual effects are really worth
an extra year of waiting, they look just like reality and most of the times even better than it.

So if you liked Arrival, you'll definitely like Dune, it's just like 100x times more large-scale.

I won't write anything about the plot or actors play, just say that if you're not familiar with a book, it might be a little confusing to understand everything that's happening 'cause it's rather complicated.

As i big fan of all sci-fi i really enjoyed watching this😊 but it's a kind of a movie not to be appreciated by a wide audience, you need some visual experience (and not only visual) to really appreciate it. taken in OUTER SPACE by @_sandy515_

Mood: early spring 🌷
Filmed and written yesterday
Unique weather conditions: very warm for March (+13C) and still half a meter of snow in the forest
Not sure if you like this kind of content but I love writing lyrics for songs and making videos for them☺️

Filmed: Canon R6II, Sigma 17-50
Song made with Suno
Lyrics by me

It's not spring yet
And it's not winter
Snowy cover thawing slowly with regret
Only warm sun
Is a reminder
A promise of a flower bed

Appreciate little things in life. Everything changes so dramatically nowadays. A walk in the silent forest under falling snowflakes. Snow is sticky, let's create something.

Magic white and shiny horn
I'm a snowy unicorn
Through the frosty fields I clatter
Leaving tiny icy flowers

Though there're no poppy fields where i live (and i have never seen one😭), i always try to capture those poppies i find around. I consider them to be the most beautiful summer weeds. These are growing at the parking with absolutely no beautiful surroundings. Hopefully macro photography can handle that😄

Camera Canon R6m2
Lens 100 2.8 macro
Edited in Photoshop (actually i only managed to get the result i'm ok with only from the 2nd attempt😅)
Stacked photos x10 to keep the details and still have soft background.
