I create contemporary abstract artworks that explore emotion, story, and energy through vivid colour and reflective surfaces.

My process is psychically intuitive and meditative, I channel each piece rather than planning it, allowing the work to emerge organically from intention rather than structure.

My art goes beyond aesthetics. It transforms spaces, sparks conversation, and creates an atmosphere that resonates on a deeper level. The reflective surfaces invite you to literally see yourself within the work, becoming part of its purpose.

At its core, my practice is about self-love, acting as a mirror to shift perspective and change the way people see themselves for the better.

India is a bit like being put through the cosmic washing machine. 🌀 One moment you’re visiting a beautiful temple. The next you’re on the floor after kriya practice, crying for your mum like you’re 3 years old again.

Now you’re purging. Releasing what you’ve probably held onto for over a decade.

You journal and unpack where and why the helly you held onto that for gods know how long. You cleanse. You ground. You eat some dhal. And you’re back at a temple again. Class is in session. Are you paying attention?
Rinse and repeat.

To me, the temples felt like portals. Built on hundreds, if not thousands, of years of devotion, mantra and intention. You can’t NOT be changed after entering these spaces. They crack you open in ways only a detour off the simulation can.

What I experienced there wasn’t just seen with my eyes open. It was seen when they were closed. Quiet enough to listen. To see what else exists beyond what we call this world. I went to India with so much fear. Fear of the unknown. Years of healing my OCD out the window. Flaring up about the dirt, the food, the chaos. Shaking as I left for the airport. Clutching my bag just to ground myself….

And India, you were terrifyingly magical. 🪷🇮🇳✨

The idea of travelling to India was always met with a “would be nice, but what if (insert some fear here) happens” until I bumped into @whitesuncollective 🤍 We met a year ago at one of her events in Byron. I always had a feeling I’d work with Anabel in some way. Anabel is the embodiment of someone who is truly devoted to her practice and India is like her second home. As soon as she mentioned the pilgrimage to me I felt my intuition pull me toward it. The fear was still present, but I know when I get that intuitive feeling to trust it and follow through. I had no idea how I was going to get there. Some how everything fell into alignment. And as Anabel said “if the divine wants you there, it will make it happen”.

I’ve learnt more about myself, my life presently and past lives more than I ever have. It felt like years of therapy, healing and education in 2 weeks. I’ve never felt more love in my heart. More tapped into source and greater consciousness and more perspective on this wonderful experience and journey we call life. So if taking that mental health walk ain’t cutting it anymore, make a radial choice. GO TO INIDA. It’ll force you into a different timeline. Tarot & Tea • Edition 05

@_sarahjayne & @madeofelsewhere are back in Bayside this October, and our salon continues to evolve.

Edition 04 gave us a glimpse of what happens when we make more room for breath, energy work and sound. This month, we’re following that thread.

Gus (@angusand167others) will again be soundtracking the evening through @humm.space Inner Studio’s 360° surround sound system as we move through breath, tea, tarot and the connection that stems from making space for the in between.

Just 12 of us this time. Plush pillows, quality tea, a room custom built for sound, and two hours together.

I love nothing more than creating magic for people to experience. Once I was a little girl playing potions in the backyard. Rounding up all the kids in the street to play. Coming up with games and choreographed dances for us to do. It’s funny how all roads can lead you back to who you were as a child…. IF YOU LET IT!! Don’t let the magic dry out. When you blow out a candle, make a wish. Cry in the rain and feel the sky as if it was crying with you. When you watch bubbles rise in fizzy drink imagine swimming in them! These are simple pleasures, but ones we often forget because we’re too distracted doing adult things to remember. This is how Nourish was born. So that you do remember. Nourish Club couldn’t have been brought to life without my other likeminded fairies @hayleyamandajones and her beautiful breathwork. @foodbybez for their gorgeous spread that truly was a work of art and @ella.maximillion.studio for the stunning photos. I asked a group of souls what do they do when they need to make a decision. Almost 100% of the group said “ask ai”.

There isn’t a lot of things we have power over in this lifetime. Fate exists on the horizon, but your thoughts, attitudes, and choices are what steer your ship toward it. And yet we’d much rather outsource our power to a robot than looking within. It’s funny how humans are less likely to explore their own backyard first. We’ve explored more of space than our oceans here on earth. We forget how much knowledge, wisdom and depth can be found in our inner oceans.

Looking back on your life would you be comfortable with ai having made all those decisions for you? Or would you wake up to the fact that you’re abandoning yourself before your time is done?

Your Intuition is your most innate source of wisdom. It’s time you listen to it.
