Girl, YOU made it!😭

On May 10, 2025, I will be graduating summa cum laude from the University of Memphis with my B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Communications. I am beyond grateful for this journey that God envisioned for me since the very beginning. He truly gave me the strength to keep on pushing even when my life around me was falling apart. I wouldn’t have made it without Him. I want to also thank everyone who has been supportive of me since day one! I love y’all so much and I will continue shining so brightly! After all, that’s why I was nicknamed STAR. So, believe me when I say it’s only UP from here!💙🫶🏾

My first time attending the Freedom Awards! It was such a powerful night filled with joy, laughter, honor, respect and Black history learning about the courageous individuals who paved the way for future generations to come. I am deeply grateful for the unimaginable risks they had to take to make the world a better place for all of us; and I will never forget. Thank you. ✊🏾🤎
