Hi hi hi! Sara here, but my people call me sass 🌼 welcome to my lil creative studioooo where I’ll be doing some stitching and some gifting and who knows what else! The husband thought this room was was going to be his office but sry not sry I have taken it over and plastered color all over it in typical me fashion!

Starting this is something I’ve been dreaming of for I can’t even tell you how many years, honestly for as long as I can remember I’ve wanted to have a creative outlet where I get to make and do beautiful fun things for beautiful fun souls!! But alas, my procrastinating and perfectionist self has been holding me back for far too long. Having my baby bestie boy, Ames, back in October has forced me to embrace the progress over perfection mindset (bc parenting will do that to ya real quick lol) so here I am, finally doing something I’ve always wanted to before I’m or it’s “ready” 💫

I’m scared but so excited to put this out there and so thankful for the amazing & supportive fam and friends (you know who you are!) who have encouraged me/ nicely pressured me to do this hahaha.

Posting a little life update here as we’re so excited to welcome our 2nd boy this fall! And with that comes:

~~~ Okay I know this little biz ain’t much so it feels so silly even posting this haha but this decision tore me up inside!!!! Starting now, I’ll be taking a pause on orders until not really sure when, in order to give myself the time and space to rejuvenate, reorganize, rebrand (hopefully!) and ready myself for baby #2 to get here. (If I’ve already committed to you or we’ve been talking about me doing something, I will still be seeing those through!) Just not currently taking on any additional orders.

There are so many ideas swirling in my head that I want to explore and I need to give myself the freedom to do so and innovate while also giving myself a little break to enjoy the newborn 🫧. Creating around 200 custom orders in the last year and a half has seriously been a dream come true!!! Truly never ever would’ve thought I’d receive this love and support when I finally decided to take a chance on myself creatively during the raw and vulnerable time of maternity leave. Every idea and project you have brought my way has been so fulfilling to bring to life, for all of the most special occasions that I’ve felt honored to partake in with you. It’s been such an uncertain time of leaving my corporate job, reinventing myself as a mom first and foremost and also doing this fun little thing for myself along the way, that has challenged and pushed me more than I ever would’ve imagined with the research, learning curves, mess-ups, long hours and late nights, but every single nice message, inquiry, or order made it so worth it and gave me motivation to stop doubting myself like I’ve historically always done !!!

So thank you all so much 🙏🏻 Time to create for myself again for a little bit and figure out what’s next. I’ll hopefully be (finally) posting everything I’ve been doing (working hard on not being the biggest procrastinator ever anymore) as I’ve worked on so many cool ideas and love spreading those and thoughtful gift options with people!

🌟 Special gift idea for a baby’s room 🌟

Oh man seeing this finished product has me in my feels 🫠🫠🫠 Sweetest addition to this dream of a nursery!!! @_ansleygoodman brought me this genius idea to gift her SIL— a linen with “I love you” embroidered in all the handwritings of baby Davey’s grandparents, uncle and aunts to be framed in his nursery!
