My 🌎🌎🌎
She had a great 1st day in Year 4.
There’s not been a lot of joy since we lost her Grandad, but today I felt like we saw a glimmer of girl without the anger of her grief & it was a beautiful thing to behold!
The came bouncing out of school & we went to a NICAS taster session @clip_n_climb_ipswich - the joy continued. God I ❤️ our #curlyhairedgirl

This deserves a spot on the grid. Such a fabulous trip to @helminghamhallgardens to see the #artforcureexhibition
I rare trip out without meltdowns & strops. Our #curlyhairedgirl was engaged throughout & it was simply joyful to wander around in the sunshine seeing the #sculptures & the gardens are the #stuffofdreams The way they combine flora & edibles are phenomenal…speaking of phenomenal, the toasties at the cafe are out of this girl…The Reuben is *chefskiss* 🤤
Left feeling uplifted, inspired & joyful after a few precious hours with my loves. Also some cracking spots nearby for #blackberrypicking We got loads, so I’ll be making crumbles for a while.

👋 It’s been a while.
I’ve felt lost for a really long time. Most of my life to be honest & particularly since becoming a Mummy, but more so than ever during & since lockdown. I lost my identity, any element of love for myself & didn’t care let alone self-care.
Today, for the first time in a long time, I felt a bit #laura
It’s the little things, but wearing something other than joggers, slapping on some make up (admittedly in the car at school drop off 🫣🤣), wearing my fave jewellery & taking one of my recent bag purchases @hardlyeverwornit (❤️ btw), I felt OK & happier than I have done in so long that I can’t even remember!!
All helped by the delight that was @leighdraketattoo who did a cracking job of my 1st tattoo in 6 odd years. Something for me ☺️😍❤️
A day with @darrenmcgurkfem for his birthday (I know, I got 2 tattoos on his day, but he’s had & done plenty), food, drinks & ☀️ were so good for my heart & soul.
I’ve found a slither of light in the dark & I mean to hold onto it & keep moving towards the light

Our (rein)deer girl! 🤣🥰❤️
Despite the cold, she had a blast @kerseymill - thank you to all the truly freezing staff who smiled & made it joyful despite the freezing temperatures 👏👏
Our 🌍
Such a character, so much sass, so strong willed & the most loving & thoughtful girl anyone could wish for…she even wrote a Christmas card for the 🐈‍⬛ today! 🤣😍

Happy Birthday to our gorgeous curly haired girl. How have you been in our lives for 6 years?!!!
Enjoying some quality family time, just the #threemusketeers
Always be you, be proud, continue to ask questions (maybe ask more with Daddy tho 🤣🤦‍♀️😳), see the good in everything, be kind, be brave, sing, dance & entertain, have your own style & remember whilst you are beautiful to us, your beautiful heart & soul outshine your looks. We love you always 🥰😍😘😢😊

Been looking forward to this for ages, although with anxiety, but we did it, I did it!
Three musketeers in London. Bit of shopping, exploring, a trip to “Disneyland” aka Disney store 🤣, late lunch in #chinatown followed by a #matchakitkatbubblewrap (converted), watching our #curlyhairedgirl dancing to a busker in #leceistersquare & wanting to give money to ever beggar & street artist, before a #happyfooddance at #liverpoolstreet then catching the train home.
My feet are ruined & I’m in no hurry not walk again, but it was such a nice day. I’m so proud of my girls confidence & her #tryanything attitude. I could & should learn a lot from her!!

Blissfully chilled day today. Lie in, pottering in the garden, bubbles, carpet picnic, playing with our #curlyhairedgirl & a roast for dinner that I didn’t have to cook #justwhatweallneeded
