You can edit carousels in the #edits app now, so I thought I’d try it out lol not gonna lie, this was actually quite cool.

Can’t say you can completely create from scratch but this would be a great way to adjust and add to something you’ve already made, and make your carousel a bit more dynamic.

Have you tried Edits for carousels yet?? What are your thoughts? 👀

This is your October Guide to Content Maxxing 🎯

First, look at what you’ve been doing. What’s been working for you? What content are people engaging with? — start here for your planning.

Two, plan for at least two weeks of content!

I say two weeks because if you’re a busy business owner, you may not have a full day to plan and create content.

So just start with two weeks, then come back for the next two weeks.

Three, record A LOT at once. So take the plans you wrote out, and record everything you need in one sitting.

Change your shirt after a couple videos if you need to switch it up.

The goal is to get it done! ✅

In case you needed a sign. This is it 🚫

Stop buying into the idea that everything always has to be perfect for it to be seen by the world. There’s literally nothing or no one that’s perfect, other than God, so stop trying to make things perfect—It’ll never measure up.

Instead, focus on being creative, finding your purpose, loving what you do, sharing your story, being authentic, and loving the process.

All the imperfections make you who you are. ❣️ Embrace that.

The bloopers have entered the chat 🙃

In honor of the completed HOW TO: @canva series, here is like a whole 2 minutes worth of bloopers 😂 and when I tell you, this was TRIMMED DOWN to 2 mins, just take my word for it lol.

Making short form videos is one thing, but creating long form videos for @youtube is a completely different monster lol

During this process I absolutely learned A LOT — what works, what may not, how I can do better next time, my speaker flaws lol, there’s just so much.

But I am definitely proud of completing it because what I thought would be done in like 4 weeks turned out to be like 4 months 🤣 and I love the fact that I was able to do something new, even though I didn’t have all the answers or even feel completely confident.

Sometimes you have to do it even with question marks, and laugh at yourself through the process. 😆

Oftentimes as business owners we get so wrapped up in working the business, we don’t leave time to just enjoy the very thing that started the business to begin with.

Sometimes enjoying it just to enjoy it can get you out of feeling burnt out, or a creative block, or just help you feel better when having a rough day.
