Setting expectations with guest when they are starting their hair care journey is extremely important. Most of the time the damage that you see is months/years of neglect. One appointment cannot reverse all the damage, but a solid hair care routine yields results over time.

There are many ways to use The Scalp Activating Mist from @calecimprofessional and this is one of my favorites. I have guest who wear extensions back to back. When you constantly are putting tension on your scalp you’re creating constant stress that can lead to inflammation and thinning/ hair loss over time.

My professional recommendation is to take breaks in between installs. However we can’t always control what our guest do and how often they do it. What you can do is make sure their scalp is being treated before, during and after each install. That’s where the scalp activating mist comes in. It helps repairs the scalps barrier and improves circulation right at the follicle.

I’ve had these products from @calecimprofessional behind the chair for a while now, testing them out on real guests, and I am obsessed. Like, genuinely can’t stop talking about it obsessed. Multi dimensional color with no bleach ?
SAY LESS 😌

I honestly feel this is a healthier way to multidimensional color with extremely fine hair. The ratio of cuticle to cortex is usually 1:1 so the color is much easier absorbed into this hair type, which can bring you brighter results without reaching for lightner.

A less harsh color application = healthier hair in the long run. I used @matrix socolor 7BC + 7NA to create this beautiful base color and 8W with a little 8N for her highlights. All permanent hair color, no lightener.
