Let’s Batch-Make My Green Marinade

This is the green marinade I always keep in my kitchen for parboiling meat or marinating fish, chicken, or beef before grilling. It’s fresh, aromatic, and packed with natural herbs that give your food deep flavor.

Ingredients 🌿

• Fresh basil – adds sweet herbal aroma
• Fresh parsley – balances the flavor and adds freshness
• Fresh scent leaf – gives a bold African herbal taste
• Scotch bonnet pepper – adds heat and bold flavor
• Brown onions – creates the savory base of the marinade
• White onions – strengthens the onion flavor
• Spring onions – adds mild freshness
• Bay leaves – gives earthy depth
• Dried rosemary – perfect for grilled meat aroma
• Dried thyme – classic herb for seasoning meat
• Lemon juice – tenderizes meat and brightens the flavor
• Vegetable oil – helps carry the flavors and keeps meat juicy

How to Use

Blend everything together until smooth.
Store in a jar in the fridge and use whenever you want to parboil meat or marinate before grilling.

This marinade makes cooking faster and your meat extra flavorful every time.
