While the drivers and teams of the BTCC have been enjoying a well-earned summer break, one person hasn’t lifted off the throttle. Christopher Torretto and the entire SHIFT team have been working around the clock. Behind every great film are months even years, of planning. Coordinating directors, actors, producers, crew, locations and schedules is a huge undertaking. Productions of this scale often involve over 100 people and take years to reach the starting line. We’re attempting something incredibly ambitious. Bringing together one of Hollywood’s finest directors, an outstanding production team, an incredible cast, and the world of British Touring Car Championship… all while racing against the clock. It’s not easy. But nothing worth making ever is. Every phone call, every meeting, every schedule, every late night is bringing us one step closer to making history with the first-ever BTCC feature film. And over the last couple of weeks… Some very exciting people have joined the journey. We can’t wait to introduce them. News drops this Sunday.
