Day 74: ‘Consistency’

“Conformity in the application of something—typically that which is necessary for the sake of logic, accuracy, or fairness.”

Lately, discipline has meant respecting the person I said I’d become.
Keeping promises to myself.
Which, honestly, sounds a lot like consistency.

I haven’t gone more than two days without posting.
When I do miss, I feel it.
In the past, I would’ve let that one slip turn into silence.
But this time, I’m showing up anyway.

What does consistency mean to you?
Are you living as the person you said you’d be—or just sitting in the idea of them?
