What does slowing down look like when you’re building something of your own?

For Slow Summer, we stepped into the worlds of women who are building with purpose. Founder-clients whose work inspires us and whose stories remind us that success doesn’t have to come at the expense of stillness.

This is the first story in our Founder Films series, where we celebrate the women behind the spaces, brands, and ideas shaping our community.

We begin with a founder whose work is rooted in creating and curating beautiful spaces. @abennaao an architectural designer based in Ghana. Founder of @studiosaba.co whose work is grounded in thoughtful design and intentional living. In this conversation, she shares what slowing down means to her and how she creates space for balance while building.
