The Selvaren Series — Books 1 & 2 🔥 ⚔️

Okay… I am officially broken after these two books. 😂😭

The Silversmith completely hooked me, especially those last few hundred pages. The plot twists had my mouth on the FLOOR, and I absolutely loved the slow burn, the yearning and the protectiveness. And Smyth… WHAT A MAN. 🫠 The marks, the way he cares for her, their chemistry… I was obsessed.

Then The Incendiary came along and decided my heart hadn’t suffered enough. 😂 It completely crushed me, picked me back up and then crushed me all over again. The emotions, the twists and everything happening with the characters had me so invested that by the end I genuinely needed therapy. 😭

This series has the perfect combination of plot, tension, romance, yearning and emotional damage, and I honestly cannot wait for the next book. I NEED to know what happens next!

I even listened to the audiobook for The Incendiary after finishing it… because apparently I enjoy hurting my own feelings. 😂😭

Smyth has officially taken up permanent residence in my head and I am NOT okay. 🫠

Absolutely great 5⭐️ reads, if these aren’t on your TBR they need to be.

✨🩸 Happy Devil’s Night 🖤💀

The Devil’s Night series is one you’ll never forget. It’s dark, messy, addictive and completely unhinged at times 😅 but I couldn’t stop reading it. I enjoyed all of the books, but I always have a favourite…

And of course, Kill Switch will always be that book for me. Damon and Winter had me completely obsessed — their story was just 🫶🏻👌🏼

I had to take a moment to appreciate just how pretty these special editions are because honestly… look at them 😭🖤 The @booksfordayscrate editions are absolutely stunning.

Have you read the Devil’s Night series yet? 👀

FROST AND FOUND ✨❄️
ARC Review

📖 Out 10th November!

This was my first Elodie Colliard read and honestly… what a cosy little romance to start with! 🥹🤍

I was immediately sold when I found out Lola was a romance bookshop owner because, obviously, what more could a book lover want?! 📚💕 I loved being in her world, surrounded by books and that lovely festive atmosphere.

And then there’s Tyler… 😮‍💨 The grumpy x sunshine dynamic was SO good. The slow burn, the yearning, the tension… I was just waiting for these two to finally give in! 🥹🔥 I also really enjoyed the age-gap romance and the chemistry between them.

💭 Favourite quote:
“I want to be her first and one great love. And among all these firsts, I want her to be my last.” 🥹🤍

Elodie’s writing style was just wonderful. It was so easy to get lost in the story, and I genuinely devoured this book in a day! 📖💨 I couldn’t put it down and found myself completely wrapped up in Lola and Tyler’s story.

This gave me exactly the cosy, feel-good festive romance I was hoping for and has definitely made me want to pick up more from Elodie! 🎄🤍

Definitely one to add to your festive TBR if you love:
✨ Grumpy x Sunshine
✨ Slow Burn
✨ Yearning
✨ Age Gap
✨ Spice 🔥
✨ Romance bookshops 📚

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you so much to @elosreadingcorner and @netgalley for gifting me an ARC in exchange for an honest review. 🤍📚

If you’re looking for something cosy, romantic and festive this November, add this one to your list! 🎄

I’m 41% through With hearts of flame the new Bloodwing Academy book 🗡️

It’s so good to be back at Bloodwing academy, it’s thrown you straight back into where the previous blood left off and it’s all going on. Excited to get it finished to see how the series ends.
