／ 0915 青培站講座 ／ 從《水中的女孩》開始追蹤「緩慢工作」， 一直到今天，竟然有機會邀請導演來到樹洞分享， 到現在還是覺得有點不可思議，也真的很開心。 很謝謝詩柔帶來整整兩個小時豐富的創作與接案分享， 甚至連動畫原稿都一起帶來了！ 聽著她分享一路以來風格養成的過程， 以及一部作品畫了 1500 張、耗時三年完成的創作歷程， 真的打從心裡佩服。 也讓我們開始重新思考： 在「創作」這件事情上，還能再多做些什麼？ 講座裡除了作品、動畫原稿和創作過程讓我印象很深之外， 另一段很打動我的，是詩柔分享自己從原本不太會畫畫， 到開始每天練習、一天一畫， 最後慢慢走到能夠獨立創作、接案，甚至成立工作室的過程。 其實很少有人是一開始就知道自己會走到哪裡， 也很少有人一開始就做得很好。 很多我們現在看起來很厲害的人， 背後也只是比別人多畫了一張、再多做了一天， 然後把這些看起來很小的累積，持續了好多年。 毅力不一定會讓一個人馬上成功， 但它會讓原本很遙遠的事情，一點一點變得可能。 謝謝詩柔來到樹洞， 也謝謝一起坐在樹洞裡，聽完這段創作故事的每一個人。 希望我們都能在自己喜歡的事情上， 慢慢長成屬於自己的樣子。 #民雄商圈發展協會 #勞青處講座 #藝文活動 #動畫製作 #嘉義咖啡廳 taken in 52號樹洞 by @_slowstudio_

🌟 𝗟𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗗𝗘 𝗟’𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗢 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘 🌟 🎲 Shi Rou (Kaohsiung, TW) 🎲 On vous présente les 30 illustrateur·rices qui participeront à l’expo live de IF 💘 Il se dégage des animations de @_slowstudio_ la douce odeur de l’authenticité. Sa façon de dessiner n’y est pas pour rien, elle qui se démène pour tout faire artisanalement. Les traces de ses craies témoignent ainsi de son attachement à nous faire voir la main qui passe sur la feuille, à nous faire comprendre que, derrière la magie d’une image qui bouge, il y a un être humain qui s’agite. Pourtant, si cette matérialité touche, elle n’est pas le centre des intentions de la Taïwanaise qui préfère user de l’élégance de son style pour sinuer sur les sentiers de la poésie. Cette alliance des deux, d’une matérialité qui s’élance vers le ciel des émotions, permet un raccourci bouleversant entre l’œil de le.a spectateurice et son petit cœur ramolli. Her drawing style plays a big part in this—she goes out of her way to do everything by hand. The marks left by her chalk thus reflect her commitment to letting us see the hand gliding across the paper, to helping us understand that behind the magic of a moving image, there is a human being at work. Yet, while this materiality is moving, it isn’t the focus of the Taiwanese artist’s intentions; she prefers to use the elegance of her style to meander along the paths of poetry. This union of the two—a materiality that soars toward the sky of emotions—creates a deeply moving connection between the viewer’s eye and their tender heart. I drew 36 pastel frames this time, and really felt the magic that happens between each one. ​ The only issue was... I didn’t press the pastel hard enough, and the fixative made some of the pastel disappear.🤦🏻‍♀️ ​ I’m currently using French pastel paper, but I’m also on the lookout for other options that can keep that soft pastel texture. Let me know if you have any favorite papers — I’d be so grateful! My favorite project from last year, “To Whom I Pray”, is finally out!💜 ​ It was such an honor to animate for this beautiful music. ​ Huge thanks to @seandavidchristensen for bringing us together—that’s how I discovered @qblache mesmerizing music and @rickybergermusic stunning mix that brought everything to life.✨ ​ After a long, intense indie project, this gave me space to play, explore, and just enjoy creating again. I had full creative freedom. (Only note: “Maybe shift the sun a bit?” Dream collab haha.) 昨天我們登記了🤍 那天你帶我回到七年前愛上彼此的公園，試圖尋找從前熟悉的座位，我們邊笑邊懷疑每一張石椅，才發現公園悄悄改變了，你拿出一樣的甜甜圈、說了一個故事，才調皮得拿出戒指求婚。 雖然我早就察覺到，不過喜歡感受著它慢慢發生 回到家後，我故作鎮定去切水果，盤子放上兩個月前偷偷買的小豬們，回覆了你：我願意。 我果然還是比較會藏吧，哈哈🐷 . （ 超級謝謝 @akenqq 拍照紀錄 ） by @_slowstudio_
