Solar Sounds turns five 🌞

Looking back through the years ~

Thank you for five years of sound healing, connection, and showing up for each other. Thank you for being you. 🌻

We feel very blessed to hold space through sound & music and we are looking forward to what the future holds for us.

In Sound & Spirit,

Krystle & Andres

To love someone not because of what they can give you or what you can give to them. To love someone simply just as they are.

It’s not always easy because sometimes, it requires us to lay our hearts bare open and sit with our darkest shadows. It’s deep spiritual work.

Don’t forget to laugh and be silly, experience novelty together, slow down, hold each other’s hands, gaze into each other’s eyes, & breathe.

Remember that angels fly because they take themselves lightly. 🪽

We’re heading into the sixth year of our relationship and Solar Sounds will be turning five in Spring. We’re honored to continually share this magical energy with you. ✨

In Sound & Spirit,
Krystle & Andres

Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to adapt, learn, and form new neural connections and behavioral patterns.

Listening to the harp melodies encourages the brain to engage with sound through attention, sensory processing, and emotional awareness.

With repeated exposure, the nervous system slows down, supports recovery, and gradually develops automatic behavior patterns of self-regulation.

As a behaviorist with 10+ years of clinical work, I’ve spent most of my career observing how repetition, environment, and experience shape behaviors. This harp offering is an evolution of my practice. Beyond grateful to be sharing this passion project with you.

You can now access Neuroplasticity + | 1 hr harp healing on our YouTube.
