SOME THINGS YOU CREATE FOR MONEY. OTHERS YOU CREATE BECAUSE YOUR SOUL WON’T LET YOU KEEP THEM INSIDE. 👑 FREEMYNDS STUDIOS × MELO KĀN: IRL | EPISODE 001 Infinite Wisdom: The Art of Doing It for Yourself. Before the stages. Before the streams. Before the next big opportunity… there’s the reason we started creating in the first place. We took it back to something simple: an early morning in Redondo Beach, fishing with family, catching up with an old friend, and having the kind of conversations that remind you why art matters. Melo Kān pulled up to spend the morning with Millard, Dannay, Mansa, and cousin Raymond as we prepare for the next chapter of his musical journey. And what started as a fishing trip turned into a conversation about purpose, perseverance, creative freedom, and the wisdom that only comes from living. We get into Melo’s latest album, 2BH (To Be Honest), introduce his collective The Lites, and explore the story and creative process behind “Infinite Wisdom,” including an intimate live performance from our Tiny Desk-inspired sessions. But the most important part of this episode isn’t about an album. It’s about understanding that your art doesn’t always have to make you money to be worth making. Sometimes you write because you need to heal. Sometimes you create because you have something to say. Sometimes the reward is simply knowing you didn’t leave your gift buried inside you. We’ve been making music videos and telling stories together since 2014. Now we’re opening a new chapter, bringing the cameras into real life, and inviting you along as we build toward new music, live shows, and everything still ahead. No manufactured moments. No industry masks. Just family, friendship, music, and the truth. 🎬 WATCH EPISODE 001 — MELO KĀN IRL 🎧 Stream 2BH and listen to “Infinite Wisdom” on Apple Music and your preferred streaming platform. We’re bringing feeling back to music. FreeMynds Studios — We do not create content. We discover stories. #MeloKan #FreeMyndsStudios #MeloKanIRL #InfiniteWisdom #2BH TheLites IndependentHipHop RealMusic HipHopCulture ArtistJourney RedondoBeach MusicDocumentary by @_somellow

Happy Birthday, Carlissia! 🎉 This past Saturday, me, @muchloveday and @_somellow had the honor of turning another celebration into a movie. What stood out most wasn’t the decorations, the food, or even the party itself. It was the love. Everywhere we looked, people were laughing, hugging, dancing, telling stories, and celebrating a woman who has clearly made an impact on a lot of lives. By the end of the night, one thing was obvious: Carlissia is loved. Thank you for allowing us to capture these memories. From all of us at FreeMynds Studios, we wish you many, many more birthdays, blessings, and beautiful moments. We hope this is just the beginning and that we’ll be there to help tell the story of every celebration still to come. 🎬 At FreeMynds Studios, we make memories into movies. Whether it’s a birthday, family reunion, anniversary, corporate event, community celebration, or brand story, we don’t just record moments—we tell stories people can feel. 📩 DM us for availability, packages, and quotes. #FreeMyndsStudios #WeMakeMemoriesIntoMovies #BirthdayMovie #LosAngelesVideographer #EventVideography Storytelling CelebrateLife BlackExcellence FamilyOverEverything HappyBirthdayCarlissia ContentCreators EventProduction CinematicStorytelling CaptureTheMoment FreemyndsFamily by @_somellow

40 is the new 20. Don’t play with her 😂✨ Happy 40th Birthday to my cousin Rickita. From the laughter… to the yacht… to seeing our family together in the middle of the water with the Marina Del Rey skyline behind us… this night was special. What made it even crazier for me personally is this was the SAME yacht we filmed one of the very first FreeMynds events on over 12 years ago — the “Attention Whores” fashion film event. Back then we were just young creatives with cameras and big dreams. Now all these years later… we’re still creating memories. Still telling stories. Still turning moments into movies. And seeing so many beautiful Black people together — family, friends, love, energy, joy — that’s what it’s really about. Everybody came on the yacht as guests… and left feeling like family. Happy Birthday Rickita ❤️ And if you’re looking for a team to capture your event, brand, birthday, business, wedding, documentary, or special moment with cinematic storytelling and real emotion— DM @FreeMyndsStudios for availability, production rates, branding, and media packages. We don’t just shoot content. We make memories into movies. #FreeMyndsStudios #HappyBirthday #MarinaDelRey #BlackLuxury #EventVideography CreativeDirection BirthdayReel CinematicStorytelling BlackCreatives LuxuryEvents LosAngelesCreatives taken in FantaSea Yachts by @_somellow
