Super happy we chose OSA for our last dinner in Madrid.

After two full weeks of eating our way around Spain. Everything from fine dining and Michelin-starred spots to local eats and tapas. We’d had our fair share of highs and a few letdowns. we’d honestly hit a point where we were a bit over it. A few places felt overhyped, especially with all the buzz around them, so expectations were high and not always met.

We almost cancelled this one 😅… but wow, very glad we didn’t. Easily one of the most memorable meals of the trip.

The service was exceptional. The flow, the attention, the system they have in place. It’s exactly how I like to be taken care of. Everything felt intuitive and seamless; I didn’t have to ask for a single thing.

The space itself is beautiful. A cozy house setting, and the upstairs lounge with that giant dry-aged fridge, was easily my favorite spot. The wine list was strong, and they even had some really special mezcal.

What i also love was the storytelling behind each dish. Nothing felt forced or overly conceptual, just thoughtful, precise, and full of intention. The duck, in particular, really showed the level of dedication and attention to detail from start to finish.

Huge thanks to the team for such a great night—and for reawakening my palate.
