Happy Birthday madude! Hope you have a blast today doing carpool Karaoke without me. —-swipe—> to see why @profound_overlord sings Spenny can’t play rugby instead of Jesus can’t play rugby. Not me using his head as a way to test my hands. #iDo #WhereDatGreenCardAtTho by @_spandacus

Gotta work on the depth next. However, I was too excited not to share the progress on my journey to 335lbs squat. Super happy to be getting back at the peak level condition 2 weeks after being hit with the Rona. Pumped to finally have a video record of this lift #aclrecovery #squats #personalbest #rugby #fitness #selfimprovement #motivation #babyreps #oefitness taken in Auburn Hills, Michigan by @_spandacus

A little late to the party totally forgot to wish this gem a happy siblings day. I’m so proud of this kid for for getting the big sponsorship from Brillo. He went above and beyond to have the pad surgically put on his head. THATS DEDICATION!! taken in Rochester Hills, Michigan by @_spandacus

An absolute emotional moment for my athletic journey. The milestone that I had been waiting the entire year for has finally come about. The final video ➡️ is my video recorded all time PR. However, tonight I pushed the same weight post surgery (315 lbs) I am not going to lie the journey was difficult, with the hardest part being keeping myself motivated while only doing a fraction of what I used to do. While I am insanely happy for my progress I couldn’t have done this without the help and motivation from my friends and family. Biggest shoutouts go to @dan__lifts @theegyptiankid @craigmcisaac @cburugby and @three_brothers_project. Knowingly or unknowingly you all motivated me to get back on my feet (literally). Next up is my all time off the record PR for squats i.e. 335lbs. Stay tuned for more annoying screams and even longer captions #aclrecovery #rugby #fitnessmotivation #athlete #weightlifting taken in Auburn Hills, Michigan by @_spandacus
