Someone told me that my life is interesting and that I should do a day in the life video and show my day to day behind the scenes. So this was my first take at that.

For those who know me, my life is very dynamic and has many dimensions to it. Work, programming, business, podcast, relationships, music... I couldn’t capture it all in one video, so maybe in future videos, each one can focus on a particular part.

But until then… this was what I (can) get up to in a day of my life. You can judge for yourself if it’s interesting and let me know if I should do more.

PS: The thing I was wearing, I bought in Morocco last year. The most comfortable thing I have.

Thought I’ll start off light with the Vietnam dump.

The first 4 outta 14 days of my solo Vietnam 2025 Adventure…

1. 500 steps up the Dragon Mountain
2. The locals rowing with their feet instead of hands
3. You thought I wasn’t going to do a bit of hiking?
4. My waterproof jacket that isn’t waterproof 🙃
5. Train Street…. Self explanatory.
6. Egg coffee. Make sure you mix it properly
7. Making a whole bunch of noise in the streets
8. My infamous pose with my Vietnamese hat
9. Watching some local seniors keep in shape
10. Happy 25th birthday to me.

I’ve had more questions and asking for advice than I expected.

But here it is: rings.

Not only do you have to lift your own bodyweight, but you have added difficulty of stability. It’s your step up from your basic bodyweight exercises, like dips, push ups, pull ups etc.

But long story short, I do calisthenics.

There’s your answer.

This time last week, I was not okay.

Work was stressing me. Projects with deadlines. I was feeling low, exhausted and overwhelmed. Home. Money. Relationships. Everything.

But nonetheless, I dragged myself to the gym as a I do most days. With everything still on my mind you can imagine the session wasn’t the best.

Up until a guy comes up to me and says “you have my dream body. You look sick bro!”.

A week later, in the gym, I’m still thinking of him.

Even when we don’t see them, there’s people watching us. Even when we don’t realise it, there are other’s who are proud of us. Even when we’re feeling low, there are those who are looking up to us.

I still think of that guy because he reminds me that I have a duty to those who see me and are around me. He reminds me that it’s not about me.

It’s humbling but it’s also a privilege.

We all have “that guy” (or girl). Most likely more than one. So we owe it to them and ourselves to do what it is they look to us for.

Over the last 12 months I’ve done more shows than I would have imagined.

I’ve battled a lot with music and drums; going back and forth with it being my main career.

And while it’s not going to be my full time, I still welcome and enjoy every opportunity that comes. Still has a special place in my heart.

It’s been fun and there’s more to come…
