Big thanks to @mercedesamgf1 and @crowdstrike @crowdstrikeracing for the mega hospitality that day. #lewishamilton #valtteribottas #mercedes #teamlh #lh44 #vb77 #f1 #formula1 #spain #thegoat #lewis44 #mercedesamgf1 #spaingp #lewis #bottas2.0 #silverarrows #f1testing #wintertesting #f1wintertesting #spanishgp #f12020 taken in Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya by @_steveroberts__

There may or there may not be some milestone cakes tomorrow….

You only get a slice if you run a PB though 😂

3.22.16 - I’ll take that given the last two weeks.
Ultimately you need to turn up to the marathon 100% injury/illness free and I’ve been struggling since last Tuesday with cold/flu.

WE GO AGAIN IN 2026!!!

I didn’t get in via the @londonmarathon public ballot (no surprise…) so I’m doing a charity place for @orchardvaletrust - it’s a great organisation based in Somerset who work supporting adults with learning disabilities.

236 days and counting - £1400 left to raise 🙏
