Stretched by Nu was truly a blessing today. Her beginner-friendly yoga session was exactly what our kids needed. She took her time, moved with patience, and encouraged every child to reach their full potential.
She didn’t just teach poses — she taught the power of breathing, the value of mental health, and the lifestyle advantages that yoga brings.
Thank you for pouring into our youth with so much love, strength, and intention. 🧘🏽‍♀️💛✨ by @_stretchedbynu_

Sunrise Yoga w/ #StretchedByNu.☀️
I’m usually out teaching at other peoples event so it feels good to finally come up with my own. We did a bit of journaling after I told them why/how it has helped me so much. I have literally written my own story down to the T. I’m living in everything that I asked for or dreamed of.
My first ticket sale went to someone who I’ve never met before which is 🔥 to me.
I appreciate all of yall. Next time I’m doubling up! 😅
