Morning Devotion: Victory Over Death
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 15:55–56
«“O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?”»

Death may look powerful, but through Christ, it has lost its final victory. Sin brought death into the world, and the law exposes our inability to overcome sin by our own strength. But Jesus Christ conquered sin and death through His death and resurrection.

Beloved, whatever situation looks like a dead end in your life today, remember that Jesus is greater than death, fear, failure, and every power that rises against you. Because Christ lives, there is hope for you. What appears finished in your eyes can still receive new life from God.

Do not allow fear to steal your faith. The victory has already been won through Christ!

Prayer:
Father, thank You for the victory we have through Jesus Christ. Help me to walk boldly in faith, knowing that no power of death or darkness can overcome me. Let every dead situation in my life receive Your resurrection power, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Declaration:
🔥 I walk in the victory of Christ.
🔥 Fear has no dominion over me.
🔥 Every dead situation is coming alive again.
🔥 I am more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ!

Morning Devotion
Theme: Whatever He Says
Text: Whatever He says to you, do it. (John 2:5, NKJV)

When Jesus performed His first miracle, He was at a wedding celebration. His mother knew that in order to see His power at work, there was one key: “Whatever He says, do it.” It’s the same way with us today.

Our obedience opens the door to see His power manifest in our lives. Scripture says, “If we are willing and obedient, we will eat the good of the land.” In other words, we’ll experience God’s abundant blessing when we follow His commands.

Sometimes, we can be so focused on one thing we are believing for that we overlook simple obedience in other areas. For example, you may need a financial miracle.

Maybe you’re tithing and sowing like you should, but are you holding unforgiveness toward someone? That can block the blessing. Is there anything else you know in your heart you need to do?

Today, ask the Lord to search your mind and heart. Don’t let anything block His power. Whatever He says, do it and watch that obedience open the door to His blessing in every area of your life!

Prayer 🙏
Father, I humbly come to You submitting every area of my life to You. I want to be obedient to You. I choose to honor You. Show me any areas of my life where I need to make changes. I bless You today and always in Jesus name. Amen.

🌅 MORNING DEVOTION
📖 Scripture: Psalm 9–10
Topic: God Has Not Forgotten You

Psalm 9 reminds us that God is worthy of praise because He is a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble. Psalm 10, on the other hand, honestly expresses the pain of wondering why God sometimes seems silent when the wicked prosper.

But there is a powerful truth here: God may seem silent, but He is never absent.

There may be situations in your life where you are asking, “Lord, where are You?” You may see people doing wrong and appearing to succeed while you are waiting on God. Do not allow what you see to make you doubt what God has promised.

The Psalmist declares that God sees the trouble and grief of His people. He hears the cry of the humble and strengthens their hearts.

Today, remember that your tears are not invisible to God. Your prayers are not wasted. Your waiting is not forgotten.

Keep trusting Him. Keep praising Him. Keep walking in righteousness. The God who sees you will arise at the right time and defend His own.

🙏 Prayer:
Father, thank You because You are my refuge and my stronghold. When I cannot understand what is happening around me, help me to trust Your presence and Your timing. Strengthen my heart when I feel discouraged. Let every situation that causes me to ask, “Where are You, Lord?” become a testimony of Your faithfulness. Arise on my behalf and let Your justice, mercy and favour speak for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

✨ Declaration:
I will not be afraid because God sees me. I will not give up because God hears me. I will not be discouraged because God is my refuge. My testimony is coming, and I will praise the Lord for His faithfulness!

🌅 Morning Devotion: The Fear of the Lord Brings Life

📖 Scripture: Proverbs 19:23
“The fear of the LORD tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.”

The fear of the Lord is not about being afraid of God; it is about reverencing Him, obeying His Word, and acknowledging Him in every area of our lives.

When we walk in the fear of God, He gives us a life that is anchored in Him. Even when circumstances around us are uncertain, we can have peace because our confidence is not in people, possessions, or our own strength—it is in God.

The Bible says the person who fears the Lord “shall abide satisfied.” True satisfaction does not come from having everything we want; it comes from having God at the center of our lives. When God is enough for us, we can remain grateful and peaceful regardless of what today brings.

Beloved, let the fear of God guide your decisions today. Before you speak, act, or make a choice, ask yourself: “Does this honour God?” A life surrendered to God is a life under His guidance and protection.

🙏 Prayer

Father, help me to walk in the fear of You. Give me grace to obey Your Word, honour You in all I do, and trust You completely. Let my life be filled with Your peace and satisfaction. Preserve me from evil and guide my steps throughout this day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🌿 Declaration:
Today, I choose to fear the Lord, obey His Word, and walk in His ways. I will abide in His peace, enjoy His goodness, and my life shall be preserved from evil, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

My Own Aso Ebi 😂
I heard there is a birthday Thanksgiving ceremony for Mummy G.O., and somehow Aso Ebi was sent to me. 😂😂

The only problem is… I don’t even know Mummy G.O., and I wasn’t invited! 🤣🤣 But who am I to reject Aso Ebi? I have decided to attend by faith! 🙏😂

You know those people that were not invited to a party but still find their way there? Yoruba people have a special name for them: “Mogbo Moya!” 🤣🤣🤣

But in my case, I’m not going empty-handed ooo—I’m coming with my own Aso Ebi design. Mercy Chinazom see my own creativity! 😂😂

After all, where there is thanksgiving, there is joy, and where there is joy, the Bible says we should rejoice! 🎉💃

So, whether invitation enter or not, my praise will enter! 🤣🙌

Morning Devotion: Obedience Brings Blessing

Bible Reading: Proverbs 19:16
"He that keepeth the commandment keepeth his own soul; but he that despiseth his ways shall die."

Every instruction from God is given for our good. When we obey His Word, we are not merely following rules—we are protecting our lives, our destiny, and our relationship with Him.

Sometimes, God's instructions may not make sense to us immediately. Yet obedience requires trusting the One who sees what we cannot see. Disobedience can open doors to consequences, but obedience keeps us within the safety of God's will.

Beloved, do not despise God's Word because it challenges your desires or requires patience. What God asks you to do today may be connected to the blessing He has prepared for tomorrow.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, give me the grace to love Your Word and obey Your instructions. Help me not to follow my own ways when they contradict Your will. Keep my heart humble, my steps ordered, and my life preserved by obedience. May my decisions bring glory to Your name, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Declaration:
Today, I receive grace to obey God completely. My steps are ordered by His Word, my soul is preserved, and my life will fulfil God's purpose. I will not walk contrary to His will. In Jesus' name, Amen!

Morning Devotion - Recall His Deeds

But then I recall all you have done, O Lord; I remember your wonderful deeds of long ago. They are constantly in my thoughts. I cannot stop thinking about your mighty works. (Psalm 77:11-13, NLT)

Everyone has difficult days when things don’t go according to plan. These days can be frustrating and sometimes overwhelming. It’s during times like these that we have to be especially careful about what we think and say. The scripture tells us that our lives will go in the direction of our thoughts. Do you need to change your thoughts today?

I love what the psalmist wrote here in Psalm 77. He was facing immense challenges when he cried out to God and said, “You know what? I’m going to focus on what God has done for me. I’m going to dwell on His goodness. I will recall His deeds to mind.”

Today, don’t dwell on negative, self-defeating thoughts. Instead, recall His deeds to mind. Focus on what He’s done for you. Thank Him for the gift of life and salvation. Make a list of all His wonderful blessings. Let your thoughts turn toward Him today and recall His wonderful deeds!

Prayer 🙏
Father, I bless Your holy name today! Thank You for the gift of life both now and in eternity. Thank You for loving me and setting me free. Help me to keep my mind on Your good deeds in Jesus name. Amen
