I know that may have stung a bit but, Hear me out!

I know it’s Q4, and everyone is ramping up for a busy season, setting goals, and planning for what’s next.

But before you start asking, How much more can I make?

Ask yourself:
How well am I stewarding what I already have?

Stewardship isn’t just about making more money. It’s about being responsible with what has already been placed in your hands. That means being willing to look at your finances, make adjustments, eliminate waste, and manage what you have with intention.

Because you cannot steward what you refuse to look at.
So before you set the next big goal, pause and take an honest look.

Are you ready for better stewardship, better management, and greater responsibility?

Sometimes you have to get in the room to be reminded of what’s possible. 🔥

This weekend was more than a conference. It was a reminder.

A reminder that there is MORE work to do.
MORE lives to impact.
MORE territory to take.
MORE people to serve.

Being surrounded by people building at levels I’m praying and working toward stretched my vision in the best way.

Ashley and every speaker brought something that hit home. I left encouraged, challenged, and even more committed to the vision God gave me.

I’ve taken some hits along the way. I’ve had moments that tested me. But I got back up every single time.

Because this was never just about me.
It was never just about money.

It’s about purpose.
It’s about people.
It’s about impact.
It’s about obedience.

If I win, so many others win with me.

So I’ll keep building.
Keep learning.

Revenue is not the same as profit, and being busy doesn’t always mean you’re profitable. Get those books together, know your numbers, and make your money make sense! Dm the word ready for a session!

God works in precision. And your finances need to reflect that.

You cannot build what He has called you to build and be careless about the foundation underneath it. Stewardship is not just a Sunday word. It shows up in your books, your taxes, your reporting every single day.

The IRS is not waiting for you to figure it out. They already have your bank reports, your 1099s, and your filings. And they are not looking for perfection. They are looking for inconsistency.

The CEO who never has to look over her shoulder is not luckier than you. She is cleaner than you.
The calling is too important to leave your finances to chance.

God works in precision. And the process He takes you through is meant to build you into the person capable of carrying what He promised.

But let me ask you something: Do you know how profitable your business actually is? Not just your revenue. How much each service is actually costing you. What each team member costs you. Whether your pricing is even covering your overhead. Do you have KPIs and dashboards set up so you can see the full picture without guessing?

Because you cannot steward what you cannot see clearly.

You were called to build something that lasts. And that starts with knowing your numbers the way a CEO knows them. Not just what came in. But what you are actually keeping, what it is costing you, and where the real opportunity is hiding.

If the answer is no we need to talk.

I want to ask you something that shifted everything for me.

If God gave you the answer to every prayer you have prayed right now would it ruin your life?

Would you have the structure to hold it? The team to manage it? The books to track it? The capacity to steward it without losing yourself?

Because sometimes what feels like God not answering is actually God protecting you from receiving what you are not yet equipped to carry.
Deuteronomy 8:18 says it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth. The ability. Not the wealth without the capacity.

The preparation is part of the answer. And you are in it right now.
