Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.
EPHESIANS 4:29

So grateful to be able to say i ran at a national meet for the second time my first year of highschool🥹 Always trust in God, you never know what happens behind closed doors for some of your opponents these prs mean more than just a good time to some; your journey is your journey no one else’s, focus on yourself and your path only. I can’t thank the Lord enough, when you trust in him he will do things for you you neverrrr knew you would see, i am so so so beyond grateful.

Thank you to everyone who supports me words will never be able to express the feelings in my heart. As for those who don’t, just watch🤷‍♀️🤫

“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us.”
ROMANS 8:18

States was a great end to the school season, aau is just beginning. Outdoor had many ups and downs but I hung in there and kept my faith. Faith is not a trend it’s a mindset and a way of living, believing God has his hands on you even when things aren’t going YOUR way. Trust in the Lord no matter the circumstances and he will show you things you never thought you would see. You know how i’m coming for nattys im ready to work for it💯🤫 gotta stack these days👀😂

Every race can’t always be a pr or your fastest, every block start can’t be perfect, but 1 peter 5:10 (kjv) reads “But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.“ it’ll all pay off eventually🩷
