Haven’t been on in eight weeks so today I am coming on to say what an amazing journey. The last sixteen weeks flew by. I can’t thank my coach and his amazing wife enough. @mikes0225 @msnadean and @kmorrissey_ifbbpro enough for coaching me through this process. We are all bonded for life now!!! 🫶🏽 all my friends and family who supported this process and have been with me even if it was just a text. I appreciate you all. I love you all and couldn’t have asked for a better support system. First show down and it definitely won’t be my last! Came in 3rd and 4th a win is a win and I’m definitely going to take it.
