Tired hands bless lives!

This week we served on a mission trip in the Dominican Republic, where we had the opportunity to bless an incredible family with a new home. This trip has truly changed my life, and it’s something I’ll carry with me forever!

There are no words to fully describe what it feels like to build a home for a family while sharing the love of Jesus. Seeing their joy, their faith, and the way God was moving throughout the week was something I’ll never forget. He filled my heart in places I didn’t know I needed filled

One moment that will stay with me forever was when I looked at my hands after a long day of hammering nails and they were covered in blisters, our missionary said, “Tired hands bless lives.” I knew in that moment that God wanted me to hear those words. That small sentence centered me back to the purpose of the pain and I pray that my hands will always be willing to do His work and bless the lives of others!
