My son made history today!! The first 6th Grader Pitcher in Thomas G. Pullen History to pitch a “No Hitter”. Youngest on the team! 4 innings 11K’s and caught a beautiful ground ball to get the runner out. To hear his coach speak on his Leadership abilities, and staying calm under pressures speak volumes!! I’m very proud of all the hard work he puts in. When he told me to calm down, I knew he was locked 🔒 in! And we made football practice after! Being a Single Dad can get tough at times, but he gives me the drive ro keep going harder! Cap Heights We Got One!! I love you son!! #TeamFree #AlwaysUs taken in Thomas G. 🚨 COMMITMENT ALERT 🚨

This fall, Emmanuel Freeland Jr. is taking his talents to Johnson Middle School.

A dynamic playmaker with elite hands, high football IQ, and the ability to impact the game from anywhere on the field. The highlights are exciting, but the work ethic, confidence, and dedication to the process are what truly separate him.

The DMV already knows the name.

DCIAA, you’ve been warned.

🐾🏈 He’s going to be a problem.

Huge thanks to my God Father Uncle Les, who trains and consults with the Commanders. VIP experience and the chance to meet Sonny Styles, JD5, Scary Terry, and the guys. I’m grateful for every moment. One day, I’ll be the one returning the favor with an all-access pass of my own. Love you, Unc. ❤️💛 #TeamFree #NoSnakesAllowed #NoMilitaryDiscountsForThisLife #Commanders #TrainingCamp taken in Washington Commanders by @_teamfree

Took my guys a trip to Pittsburgh for the 2026 NFL Draft. Lester told EJ “I want you to enjoy this moment… but understand why I brought you here. I brought you here so you can see what this feels like, so one day, you can be in this position. Everybody is talented at this level. It’s about discipline, consistency, relationships, and taking advantage of every single opportunity in front of you. It’s not just what you know, it’s who you know.” As a single Dad, I stay trying to find ways to get my son to appreciate the process, the outcome is already written. #TeamFree #NFLDraft2026 #NoSnakesAllowed #AlwaysUs #FatherAndSon CalebDowns JerimiyahLove RichPaul taken in NFL Draft by @_teamfree

What a weekend! 🙌🏾 Me and my son took a trip down to South Carolina to catch Alabama vs. South Carolina Gamecocks and it did not disappoint! 🏈🔥. Huge thank you to NihKai Hill-Green and Georgia for all the love and hospitality. We gonna support you wherever you go. We family now! We truly appreciate you both the Alabama Football experience was absolutely mind-blowing! 💯🐘. I really wanted EJ to see what the top tier of college football looks like… The Energy, the Culture, the Standard, and it did not disappoint. Watching him take it all in was a proud moment for me as a dad. The Journey is way more important than the Destination.
