Wedding Day is one the most important day in one’s life and we are glad to be a part of your journey brother.

Here is a story of Ilias @ilia_potamianos one of our TEAM PSI client.

We started working on his transformation by understanding his needs, his daily lifestyle and most important was how the world looks from his eyes.

What are his strong points and where we need to assist him in getting his goals which we smashed fast forward in 21 weeks before his wedding.

We cater a plan by understanding that he is a businessman and does not time to cook meals and take huge breaks so we made sure that he gets ready to eat meals which are healthy and delicious. Sessions were precise and to the point.
Watch the video to see what he has to say about us…

Journey of thousand miles begins with a single step. Before we start any journey, it’s really hard to actually start.

Our mind is designed to keep us safe, which is to be in a comfortable safe environment. It’s very hard to take a step towards being better because it’s really hard. I would praise Nathan for taking this step towards improving his life and being in the best shape possible.

Nathan started as he wanted to improve his life gain confidence, and feel good about himself which is exactly what we have achieved over the past couple of weeks.

Nathan has been very determined about his diet, and I promised him once he loses his 10 kilograms, I’ll take him out to his favourite place, Grill’d and enjoy some burgers together. He has suffered my wrath Ha ha, during this whole journey.

Physique is one part I aim to improve in all areas of your life. And if you are a person that wants to improve your life, Team PSI is undoubtedly the place for you. Retake prior in doing our absolute best, it give you the best physique and life.

For us, you are not just a business. you are part of a team, and your success is ours.

A really short prep for us but still it was worthy. Bagged 3rd 🥉 place @ifbb.australia show today.

Trust in the process, trust in the plan. It was a short time prep for us. Lot of moving pieces, lot of night shifts, rotating rosters, but we made it.

I have to give credit where it’s due, and it goes to Satnam @gill.fit1 for his dedication and his effort, whatever you say, as a coach, he just goes for it. That’s the kind of an athlete every coach wants to work with.

We all gonna make it.

Some of the best progress doesn’t happen during the workout.
It happens in the conversations around it.

Sometimes clients don’t just need coaching.
They need support.
Clarity.
Perspective.
Someone who actually listens.

That’s why at Team PSI, it’s never just about sets and reps.

It’s about building relationships, understanding people, and creating an environment where clients feel supported both inside and outside the gym.

Coffee. Conversation. Connection.

Because long-term results come from trust, consistency, and genuine human connection not just training programs.

The small moments matter.
And often, they’re the reason people keep moving forward.

Team PSI.
Built on more than training.

Not everyday you feel like training, some days you just have to show up.

On the days when you don’t feel like training the other days that you must it’s okay to take a break. It’s okay to know to rest the only thing which is not okay quitting but it start finish it!

It’s your life your way your face your time just don’t quit!!

We talk about how medals and trophies don’t define us, and how we all have days where we don’t feel like doing anything. We discuss how the only real way to change your life is through consistent effort and work. We encourage you to get out of bed and do something that your future self will thank you for, and remind you to keep cherishing and fighting.

Up to 40% of the weight you lose on Ozempic isn’t fat. It’s muscle.
That means a slower metabolism, less strength, and a higher chance of regaining everything when you stop.

I wrote a full breakdown on what your doctor probably isn’t telling you about GLP-1 medications and exactly how to protect your results with the right training and nutrition.
