Apparently, when you’re a Bedlington Terrier, every cushion, blanket, slipper, toy and random household object is officially YOUR responsibility. 🤣

Ted may look innocent… but behind those puppy-dog eyes is a professional dog thief, toy destroyer, cuddle expert and full-time troublemaker! 😂🐾

🐾✨ A week of luxury London living with my favourite humans 👩🧓🐶❤️

Ted checking in from the Bloom Apartments Nine Elms, where we spent an amazing week living the VIP life in London — including plenty of time relaxing in the Executive Rooftop Lounge with those incredible city views. 🏙️🐾

From luxury apartment living and exploring London to chilling out together, Ted absolutely loved every minute of his London adventure. ❤️

Now it’s time to head back home to Waltham… although I think this little Bedlington Terrier has definitely got used to the VIP lifestyle! 😂🐶👑

We found one of the most luxurious dog-friendly hotels in London 🐾❤️🏨

For a weekend in London, we checked into Park Plaza London Riverbank, overlooking the River Thames with incredible views towards Big Ben and the London Eye — and Teddy was right there with me living his best luxury lifestyle! 🐶✨

From travelling together to staying in beautiful hotels, Teddy genuinely goes everywhere with me. He even had his own doggy welcome kit and absolutely loved the VIP treatment! 😂🐾

For me, dogs aren’t just pets. Bedlington Terriers aren’t just dogs — they’re a man’s best friend. ❤️

That’s my boy. ❤️🐶

Through the highs and the lows, ted never left my side. My best friend, my shadow, my family.

Being an introvert, I don’t surround myself with lots of people. I’ve always found peace in the simple things, and Ted has given me the greatest friendship I could ever ask for without ever speaking a single word. His loyalty, companionship, and unconditional love have carried me through days when I needed them most.

Dogs don’t judge you. They don’t care about your past, your mistakes, your success, or your failures. They simply love you for who you are. That kind of love is rare, pure, and impossible to put into words.

Ted has taught me that the strongest connections don’t always need conversations. Sometimes they’re built through quiet moments, shared walks, a wagging tail, and simply always being there. We look after each other, and I’m so blessed to have such a beautiful little spirit in my life.

every adventure, every walk reminds me how lucky I am. If you’re fortunate enough to have a dog, you’ll understand this feeling. They don’t just become part of your life—they become part of your heart.

Building muscle after 40 isn’t about chasing trends — it’s about mastering consistency, intensity, recovery, and discipline.

At 47, I’m still proving that age is not the limitation. The real challenge is showing up when nobody is watching, pushing through the days when motivation disappears, and trusting the process long enough to see the results.

Years of bodybuilding, strength training, hypertrophy work, nutrition, and relentless consistency have taught me one thing: physiques aren’t built in weeks, they’re built through thousands of workouts that nobody else sees.

Man’s best friend. 💪🐾

Today was Teds grooming day. As a Bedlington Terrier, keeping his coat healthy and maintained is a big part of looking after him. From regular dog grooming and haircuts to daily walks and plenty of attention, being a dog owner is about much more than just having a pet.

The bond between a man and his dog is hard to describe. The loyalty, companionship and unconditional love they give us every single day is something truly special. Teddy has been by my side through the highs, the lows, the workouts, the adventures and everything in between.
