With heavy hearts, we honor our beloved sister, Dr. Cameisha D. Clark, whose beautiful light brightened every room she entered. Taken from us far too soon, her legacy isn’t defined by the sadness of her passing, but by the incredible way she lived, loved, and inspired everyone around her.A proud three-time graduate of Clark Atlanta University, Cameisha was a true trailblazer — from her days as a cheerleader, campus mentor, and member of the “Sweet” Alpha Pi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Most recently, she was promoted to Dean of Student Affairs at Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology — a role she stepped into with passion and purpose.As we grieve, we also celebrate. We carry forward her love, her energy, and her unshakable belief in the power of education and sisterhood. Her spirit lives on in each of us.Clark Atlanta University will formally honor Dr. Clark during the baccalaureate service on Saturday, May 17.To help carry her legacy forward, CAU has also established the Dr. Cameisha Clark Scholarship Fund (swipe right for details) supporting students who aspire to follow in her footsteps in the field of education.Forever in our hearts,36TTT by @_terrinash_

This industry has taught me that every big break starts with a small scary step forward; and in this instance I had to remind myself, “Girl you been stepping for years! You got it!” My first time line producing—for @amazonmusic with @teegrizzley —was something I initially felt I wasn’t ready for (and almost talked myself out of), but I did it anyway.To my fellow over-thinkers with the big inner critics: Here’s proof that betting on yourself, and stepping OUT of your comfort zone can lead to some pretty amazing opportunities. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister Phyllicia Phillips Scott. Phyllicia was initiated into the Alpha Pi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated on November 15, 2009. She graduated from Clark Atlanta University in 2011 with a degree in English and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law. She proudly passed the California state bar in 2021. While practicing law in the state of California, Phyllicia co-founded the company AMP Beauty LA in 2019 with her line sisters Angel (Robinson) Pyles and Montre Moore.A devoted wife, loving daughter, and genuine sister Phyllicia will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.Details regarding her services and celebration of life will be shared by her family and line in the coming weeks.
