Spent the day at She-EO Execution Day hosted by the one and only @itsnatiajah , and it did not disappoint. 💕

I left with so much valuable information to implement into my business, but what stood out the most was connecting with so many like-minded women who are all building something bigger than themselves.

One thing I can genuinely say is that Nataijah truly wants to see other people win, and that kind of leadership is rare. Grateful I got to be in the room. ✨#fypシ #womeninbusiness #atlantarealestate by @_thatsjay_

When my client and I were touring homes, she couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved black kitchen cabinets. 🖤

After we got under contract, her husband mentioned they were planning to paint their cabinets anyway. So I decided to make it my closing gift.

This was my very first closing, and I wanted to do something personal that I knew they would truly enjoy. Between Home Depot runs, prep work, and priming, we brought her vision to life. 🏡✨

Moments like this remind me that real estate is about more than just buying a house—it’s about helping people create a home they love.

Thinking about buying a home in Metro Atlanta? I’d love the opportunity to help you too.

CLOSING DAY! 🏡✨

Today was more than just handing over keys—it was watching a dream become reality for my client.

Moments like this remind me why I took a leap of faith and started this journey in real estate. From home tours and negotiations to inspections and closing day, I’m grateful for the opportunity to guide my clients through one of the biggest milestones of their lives.

A huge thank you to my clients for trusting me throughout the process. Seeing that smile at the closing table makes it all worth it. ❤️

Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, looking to sell, invest, or simply have questions about the market, I’d love to help.

Final walkthrough day! 🏡✨

Today we made sure all agreed-upon repairs were completed before heading to the closing table.

This beautiful 6 bed, 4 bath home is almost officially my client’s, and I’m so excited for them!✨

We secured $13,000 toward closing costs, appliances were included, and the seller even left behind a backyard shed as a bonus.💁‍♀️☑️

And yes, my little assistant came to work with me today. 😂 Between my husband recording content, my baby supervising, and me handling business, this walkthrough quickly became a family affair.

This transaction is proof that homeownership is possible with the right guidance and strategy!
