Im September waren wir erstmals zwei Tage in den Vogesen unterwegs. Natürlich haben wir auch Colmar besucht mit seiner netten kleinen Altstadt im Stil von Venedig. Ansonsten haben wir viel Wald, Seen und Grün gesehen dort 🥰😍

In September, we spent two days exploring the Vosges for the first time. Naturally, we also visited Colmar, with its charming little old town reminiscent of Venice. Apart from that, we saw plenty of forests, lakes, and greenery there 🥰😍

Der Sonne entgegen 😍😍. Die Vogesen waren echt toll. Und mit Sonnenschein nochmal schöner ☺️. Hoffentlich wird der Winter nicht so lange und wir können die Saison nächstes Jahr früh beginnen. Diese geht schon eher dem Ende zu.

Heading towards the sun 😍😍. The Vosges were really great—and even more beautiful in the sunshine ☺️. Hopefully, winter won't be too long and we can start the season early next year. This one is already drawing to a close.

Am Weg nach Straßburg sind wir zufällig bei Sinsheim durchgefahren. Dort waren wir dann spontan im technischen Museum die Concorde und einiges mehr an Autos, Motorrädern, Traktoren, Sportwagen, Panzern, usw. besichtigen. Wir waren überrascht wie groß das Museum ist. Leider mussten wir nach etwas über drei Stunden abbrechen, weil wir weiter fahren mussten. Wir wollen dort aber unbedingt nochmal hin. Wer von euch kennt das Museum auch? War jemand schon in dem IMAX dort? Ist das auch sehenswert?

On our way to Strasbourg, we drove through Sinsheim. We made a spontaneous stop at the technical museum there to see the Concorde and a wide array of other vehicles—cars, motorcycles, tractors, sports cars, tanks, and more. We were surprised by how large the museum is. Unfortunately, we had to cut our visit short after a little over three hours because we needed to get back on the road. However, we definitely want to go back. Do any of you know the museum? Has anyone been to the IMAX there? Is it worth seeing?

Anfang September waren wir im Spessart beim BMW Motorrad Forumtreffen dabei. War ein tolles Wochenende mit vielen Kurven, Motorradgesprächen und Spaß. Sprit war schon etwas teurer in Deutschland als wir gewohnt sind muss man sagen 😄😄.

In early September, we attended the BMW Motorrad forum meetup in the Spessart region. It was a fantastic weekend filled with twisty roads, motorcycle talk, and fun. I have to say, though, that fuel was a bit more expensive in Germany than we’re used to 😄😄.

Man kann nicht immer bestes Motorrad Wetter haben 🤷🫣😄. War ein bisschen kühl heut morgen und dann sehr feucht, obwohl es nicht geregnet hat. So ein Scheibenwischer wäre da nicht schlecht gewesen 😄😜

You can't always have perfect motorcycle weather 🤷🫣😄. It was a bit chilly this morning and very damp, even though it didn't rain. A windshield wiper would have been handy then 😄😜

So schnell ist ein langes Wochenende vorbei. Ein Wochenende nur mit Motorrad fahren, Motorrad Gesprächen, lachen und Spaß haben und einige schöne Orte erkunden. Das war unser drittes BMW Motorrad Forumtreffen in der Steiermark. Wie immer unvergesslich ☺️☺️

A long weekend goes by so quickly. A weekend spent simply riding motorcycles, talking about bikes, laughing, having fun, and exploring some beautiful places. That was our third BMW motorcycle forum meetup in Styria. Unforgettable, as always. ☺️☺️

Beim dritten Flashride bei @bikefactory_zweirad in Krems waren wir mit dabei. Wirklich ein tolles Event mit gemeinsamer Nachtausfahrt in der Wachau. 🔥🔥🏍️🏍️ Und auch diesmal wieder nette Biker getroffen und kennengelernt ☺️☺️.

We took part in the third Flashride at Bikefaktory in Krems. It was a truly great event, featuring a group night ride through the Wachau region. 🔥🔥🏍️🏍️ Once again, we met and got to know some great bikers. ☺️☺️

Heute mal wieder den jährlichen Besuch am Großglockner erledigt 😄☺️. Wir haben diese tollen Straßen wieder zu schätzen gelernt, denn auf der Urlaubstour war der Asphalt oft sehr schlecht. Da zahlen wir auch gern die Maut. Unseren Sticker hatten wir wieder mit im Gepäck 😎.
Wer fährt hier auch gern hoch? Oder habt ihr andere Lieblingsberge?

Our annual visit to the Grossglockner today 😄☺️. We really appreciated these amazing roads, especially since the asphalt on our holiday tour was often in poor condition. We have also no problem to pay the toll for this. We even brought our sticker along with us 😎.
Who else loves driving up here? Or do you have other favorite mountains?
