The Goal: To improve on our pull up game /floater game . To attack more off the catch , to read the defense and attack open space . Young Bull can shoot it with the best in his class, we are focusing on being a 3 level scorer.

Knowing your weakness, knowing your strengths is the first part of self assessment. When the client personally reaches out to improve on his ball control ball handling: wanting to be more of consistent shooter …I pull 🆙 The work is the work and it will show . You can ride the clock or you can really clock in and get to it‼️

Great session tonight with my 🎯🎯Sniper! Tonight we focused on getting the shot off quicker, more lift, as well as being a physical and intentional with aggressive drives.
