Creativity is therapeutic. Explore and tap in to your creative side, whatever that might be. Spend at least 15 min a day doing something you enjoy creatively. Make it a part of your daily life and each your mood change. #arttherapy #creativity #paint #draw #craft #write #design #sing #dance #sew #style by @_thecloud9shop

My goal has always been to incorporate a little spa like self care into my daily life. One of my favorite aromatherapy blends is Spearmint and Eucalyptus. I incorporated into my ultra rich handcrafted body butter for a skin moisturizing combo that tantalizes the senses while relaxing the mind and body. Extra buttery and non toxic. Available soon on the website. by @_thecloud9shop
