Not a magic postpartum potion. Just one of those little rituals that makes me feel like I’m taking care of myself, too. 🤍

Oatstraw, nettle, lemon balm, calendula, blessed thistle, cloves + a few saffron threads — brewed into one giant pitcher so I can pour and go all day.

I’ve been trying to be more intentional about supporting my body in this season: nourishing foods, minerals, hydration, slowing down where I can (🤡)… and apparently making enough tea to hydrate a small village.

These have NO business being press-ons 😮‍💨💅
Custom made by a local girlie who is absolutely KILLING it. The detail, the fit, the whole damn set??? Showstopping.

Consider this me telling you to get in with her now because she’s building something GOOD. 🤌🏼✨

9 months growing him.
9 months growing alongside him. 🤍

From working out with him in my belly to working out with him crawling around my feet.

The female body is just… incredible.

We grow humans. We birth humans. We feed them. Carry them. Heal. Adapt. Get stronger. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, we keep becoming new versions of ourselves too.

9 months in. 9 months out.

Women are absolute rockstars. That’s it. That’s the post. 🤘🏼

my body, my sleep, my patience, my tears, and parts of myself I didn’t know I had to give.
And somehow, it has given me just as much in return.

Happy World Breastfeeding Week. 🤍

To every breastfeeding mom: I see you.
And to everyone around her: support her. Feed her. Encourage her. Hold her up, too. 🤍
