2022 ➡️ 2025 — Same pose, different story

1st photo: Building the foundation with the size coming in, but still chasing width, definition, and shape.

2nd photo : Leaner, sharper, wider lats, tighter waist, better separation. Years of back day after back day, cardio, and disciplined eating.

This isn’t a quick 12-week challenge.
This is 3 years of:
• Lifting when I was tired
• Eating clean when junk was easier
• Showing up when no one was watching
