Little update post pull day on how things have been going under the guidance of @akathegiant.
This is my first time being legitimately coached since I started lifting 7-8 years ago. Getting the meal plan has been the biggest adjustment. Prior I would track my food but ate more intuitively, bigger meals less frequently now I eat more frequently in smaller quantities which has helped with digestion and getting capacity of food I need to grow. The first few weeks I’ll admit I was not as disciplined as I needed to be with my eating in order to create the results we’re looking for. The last 2 weeks and shown major difference and that is all to following the meal plan after taking a few steps back. Training intensity has never been a problem, that box is always checked, more so improving in how well I can control/move the weights. Strength has been steadily increasing. Looking to keep the foot on the gas and finish out these last 6 weeks or so strong!

It’s been one month since my first trip over the pond to beautiful Italia 🇮🇹 Seeing how the Europeans live their daily lives compared to Americans was an eye opening experience. They don’t live to work, they work to live. The quality of food, the respect for old architecture, a slower lifestyle to enjoy what life has to offer.

Kappa @futur_festival was everything I could’ve wanted it to be, plus some. The people were so kind and welcoming, truly there for the music and not just taking pictures/videos for their socials. A lifetime of memories, new friends that not even 20 slides could put it into words.

I encourage you to take that trip, book that flight, there’s a whole world out there to explore. The first of many trips to be had, till next time Italy ❤️ grazie!

Shout my travel partner in crime @starting5nick for accompanying me on the journey. See you in October Amsterdam 😏

1 week since completing this bad boy in 4 days thanks to the masterful work of @datwayart. About 30 hours of tattooing and I couldn’t be happier with how the sleeve came out! I’ve loved and wanted tattoos since I was about 20 years old, I contemplated a lot of designs and artists over the years but was never 100% set on something. I found Dat’s page through my explore page and immediately loved his work/style. When his books opened in October I was counting down the days to lock in an appointment! When I got the appointment locked in for December I felt like I was waiting for Christmas! For the design I told him I wanted to do a hanya ninja mask with a little bit a of twist and to have an animal which I gave him a few option I was considering, when I showed up the day of the appointment he showed me the dragon and I immediately loved it. We went with the coi fish on the underside of the lower arm which was one of the first Japanese style tattoos I liked when I first got into tattoos. big thanks to Dat and the people at @ahavatattoo for making this experience so awesome and memorable, very professional. 🐉 👹🎴🀄️

EDC Orlando! THAT WAS INSANE! My first time dancing the night away under the Electric Sky and I couldn’t be more grateful to spend it with my closest friends! I’ve developed such a love for electronic music over the past 5 years and this was my first EDC experience, and MANNNNN did it exceed my expectations! Thank you to all my amazing old friends, the new ones I’ve created bonds with and the artists who made this such an unforgettable experience! My heart is so full and I can’t wait to do it again, the first of many more! Much love and remember, we only get one go around in this adventure called life, LIVE IT UP! 🫶🏼🎵🎇🪩🕺🏼🐈‍⬛ P.S you know it was a blast when you can’t fit everything on 20 slides 💀 @edc_orlando
