Right now I’m at a loss for words. The hurt I feel is something I can’t explain. I miss my mom so much. She wasn’t just a GREAT mom, she was a wonderful person, with a beautiful soul and an amazing spirit about her.

I miss calling her on my way home from work. I miss going over to see her and getting the biggest hug. I’ll miss her teaching me about life, but I’m so thankful for everything she instilled in me.

I don’t know what to do right now… but one thing she always taught me was to have faith in God. I keep asking Him why. I know we say “God doesn’t make mistakes,” but this feels like it has to be one. It’s like I’m stuck in a dream I can’t wake up from. Still, I know God don’t make mistakes, and He never puts more on your plate than you can bear.

Mom, I need you now more than ever. I love you so much. You’re the best mom a kid could ever ask for. I have so many memories running through my mind, of all the great times we had.

Tell Pawpaw, Granddaddy Smitty, Pops, and Granny Marshall and Granny we love and miss them too. Until we meet again, I love y'all.

It’s finally here.

Over a year in the making and I’m officially rolling out Kick-Start Your Training Business.

If you’re a former athlete, trainer, or just somebody who wants to get into the training game but don’t know where to start, this one for you.

I break down how to build your client base, maximize your sessions, sell merch, run your first camp, land sponsors, and really turn this into a business, not just a hustle.

Link in my bio to purchase.

You can also grab it on Amazon or download it on Kindle.

Let’s build something real.

Greatness is a process. by @_themarshallplan

Talent will get you noticed. Character will keep you on the field.

That’s what this camp was about.

We worked the fundamentals, competed the right way, and learned that being coachable will take you farther than talent ever will.

Thank you to Wauseon Recreation for the opportunity to pour into these young athletes.

Greatness is a process.

Your hands are only as powerful as your hips.

Anybody can throw a punch. Elite D-linemen generate force from the ground, fire the hips, strike with violent hands, and finish with control.

Ground ➡️ Hips ➡️ Hands.

That’s how you build real knock-em back.

Excited to be heading to Wauseon, Ohio next Saturday to help develop the next generation of football players!

If you’re an incoming 4th, 5th, or 6th grader, come out and get quality instruction, compete, learn the fundamentals, and have some fun. Looking forward to working with all the young athletes and helping them take their game to the next level.

If you’re a youth football organization, school, or program looking for someone to run a defensive line clinic, linebacker clinic, or a full youth football camp, I’d love to work with your athletes. Feel free to DM me and let’s make it happen.

The hands never lie.

When an offensive lineman shows low hands, attack the wrist with a cross chop and finish with a violent club rip.

The best pass rushers don’t guess, they recognize and react.

Technique beats talent when talent doesn’t know technique.

Contact means nothing if your feet stop moving. Stay active, keep driving, finish the rep.

Great move for the big dogs inside, push, pull, bend that corner and go eat. Disrupt the pocket and hunt that QB. Pressures are okay, but always remember… SACKS GET YOU PAID! 💰🐺💥
