Hi, I’m Fran, RTT therapist and coach based in west London. Here’s a bit about what I do and who I am.

In short, I have the ability to unf*ck the noise for my clients.

I help people transform from stuck, miserable and living in shitty cycles to the freedom, confidence and newness they’ve never had before. I do this through Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) it’s a rapid form of therapy that gives shit hot lasting results - it utilises the best parts of psychotherapy, NLP and CBT getting massive results from 1-3 sessions. I love my work cos there’s no sitting for hours talking about the problem, no weekly sessions to commit to and you don’t leave feeling disappointed like some talking therapies can leave you feeling…like WTF did I just pay for and why do I feel worse now??

1. I was a Leader and Listener for Samaritans charity for 4.5yrs and it was my greatest honour being so close to people at the end of their lives or in crisis BUT I felt in my bones that I wanted to be able to give more so trained in RTT and love being able to have the tools and hold space for so many fuck-yeah transformations.
2. I specialise in depression, anxiety, confidence and identity upgrades. Why…Because I have been crippled with all of these - I know misery and I know that hope and trying just isn’t enough for you. I also know why willpower and hope alone won’t give you the results you want. Hypnosis and RTT changed my life and set me free on so many levels and I won’t stop talking about it.
3. I feel really fucking strongly about how we’ve normalised misery and mentally ‘just getting by’ while waiting for better days…I refuse that, life is for fucking thriving and we all used to before something changed within us.
4. I’m obsessed with quantum physics, the universe, human behaviour and binging Real Housewives while trimming my cuticles.
5. I believe you are struggling unnecessarily cos you think you don’t have the tools to un-fuck yourself, but I’m here to tell you YOU DO. I’ve been there, it’s real, it’s heavy and never ending, but my mission and purpose is helping you change your story, one person at a time.
6. I also hate carpets, ticking clocks and the patriarchy ✌🏻 by @_themindunfucker

Don’t take my word for it. Take theirs.

When women work with me, things shift fast.

Because we’re not tweaking your mindset.

We’re upgrading your subconscious blueprint - the part of you still running on old survival coding.

💥 Guilt dissolves
💥 Boundaries get held without spirals
💥 Weight loss, celebrity confidence and goal smashing is easy
💥 Peace becomes your default, not the goal

Whether you’re a mum burning out in silence, a high-achiever sick of spiralling, or a woman who knows she’s meant for more…

This is what happens when you stop outsourcing your peace - and finally reclaim it.

It all matters 🫶🏼

The most powerful women I know disappoint people daily.

What I know is this…disappointing others is how you stop betraying yourself.

The dry, outdated, good girl conditioning taught us this:
Please everyone. Keep the peace. Smile and nod. Don’t rock the boat.

Oh and pretend to enjoy all the self gaslighting too 💀

BUT the truth is everytime you keep them comfortable, you abandon you.

They have a ‘them’ to take care of them. You have a ‘you’ to take care of you.

Imagine leaning into someone else’s car to steer when driving your own? Let them drive their own and you steer yours.

What I know is…you don’t need to be agreeable.

You need to be free.

And this is how we rewire guilt into liberation.

⚡️ Save this if you’re ready to practice the radical art of disappointing people.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last week for our event on D’Oyly Carte Island with @wellbeingdoylycarteisland. We soaked up the sunshine, shared a beautiful workshop with @_themindunfucker, enjoyed a mat Pilates session and ended with a deeply restorative soundbath from the incredible @ioprojecthq ✨🌿

A dreamy day of movement, connection and calm. 💛 by @_themindunfucker

Ready to finally drop that guilt that’s been weighing you down?

I’m teaming up with @ioprojecthq and @anthro_contrology for a special evening on the riverside decking of D’Oyly Carte Island - a mat Pilates session to get you grounded, a group RTT to clear the clutter, and a calming sound bath to seal the deal.

It’s happening Thursday 14th August, 6:30–9pm. Spaces are limited, so if you’re ready to feel lighter and more you, grab your spot now through the link in bio.

Can’t wait to share this with you. 🫶

Being palatable is out.

De-center him and re-center your pleasure.

This is how confidence becomes a frequency, not a performance.

Ever wonder why sometimes therapy, journaling, or mindset work just don’t quite get you where you want to be? 👀

That’s where RTT can change everything. It’s not just hypnosis - it’s a way to get right to the root of what’s holding you back and gently rewire it, without years of struggle or fake affirmations.

It’s about real, lasting change that your nervous system actually understands.

If you’re ready to feel like yourself again, send me a DM with “RTT” and let’s make it happen.

You don’t need years of talking therapy.

You need a way to reprogram the beliefs that are running in the background and have been since childhood.

That’s exactly what RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) does.

🧠 Anxiety - RTT helps uncover and shift the beliefs driving your fear and panic. No more managing symptoms - we work with the root cause.
🌧️ Depression & low mood - Reconnect to hope and motivation by releasing old stories that keep you stuck in cycles of hopelessness.
⚖️ Weight struggles - RTT rewires emotional eating patterns, body shame, and hidden beliefs around food and control.
😮‍💨 Lack of motivation - When your subconscious believes you’ll fail or aren’t good enough, it’s hard to move. RTT helps clear the blocks so you can finally take action.
💸 Money blocks - Whether it’s guilt, fear of success, or deep self-worth issues - RTT helps you shift limiting beliefs around money and what you deserve.

🔑 This is powerful, personalised, and deep work.

It’s for the version of you who’s done with surface-level solutions.

She no longer seeks permission, second-guesses herself or her instincts. And other people’s opinions or limitations? They simply don’t exist in her world.

She leads and transforms simply by being who she is.

This is the power my clients step into—shedding old patterns, rewriting their stories, and creating lives that feel deeply aligned and wildly fucking free.

When you live anchored in your truth, everything shifts.

EVERYTHING.

You’re not broken.
You’re burnt out from carrying things that were never yours to hold.

There’s a version of you beneath the overthinking, people-pleasing, and guilt.
The one who’s calm. Clear. Unshakably grounded.
But when you’ve spent years surviving on stress and self-sacrifice, it’s hard to believe she exists.

I get it. I’ve been there and I can tell you - healing doesn’t come from fixing yourself. It comes from finally choosing yourself.

If you’re stuck in the cycle of doing more, proving more, being more…
There’s another way. One with softness, ease, and real power.

📩 DM me “BREAKTHROUGH” if you’re ready to come home to yourself.
