Time for a chinese soup with Lion's Head pork meatballs. (Egg, a little cornflour, spring onions, sesame oil, salt, white pepper.)
Soup: cabbage, carrots, onions, spring onions, chicken stock, soy sauce, star anise, sesame oil, oyster sauce. No shaoxing so I used a little black vinegar, a little mirin, salt, white pepper, oh and some wakame and dried tofu!

It's a southern vibe...fried chicken, (thigh is my favourite,) corn and slaw 😋
Hadn't eaten coleslaw for so long! Cabbage, spring onion, white onion, grated carrot and cucumber. Greek yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, I like to add a little tabasco, celery salt, white pepper, Himalayan salt.
