The first wedding I flowered was my own! This was the beginning of Pollen Patch Florals, and there is still so much more to learn🌼 Huge thanks to Laura @yelvertonproteafarm for helping me with the arbour arrangement by @_thepollenpatch

At Pollen Patch Florals, sustainability plays a big part in what we create.

But what does that actually look like?
✿ We’re proudly foam-free, using reusable or compostable mechanics
✿ We prioritise locally grown and Australian-grown flowers wherever possible
✿ We actively work to reduce our use of single-use plastics

We’re by no means perfect, but we’re always striving for more mindful practices — creating blooms that not only bless & celebrate your day, but also care for our environment.

This arbour piece is a beautiful example, designed using a chicken wire and sphagnum moss base, and finished with stunning local and Australian florals 🤍

It’s been a quiet year on the growing front - between moving, building our tiny house, working and battling the sheep for garden space. I’ve finally sown some summer flowers and am hoping this is the start of easing back into it. Can’t wait to see these seeds come to life🤞🏼🌱
