Found a $30 rowing machine on Marketplace.. display doesn’t work due to old batteries corroded the inside. Use your Apple/Android watch workout apps… they are more accurate readings anyways…..Having a Kayak just wasn’t feasible in this economy and also doing all the things to put it in the water. Yea get the rowing machine and do 5 to 15 minutes a day and rock out the neighborhood by @_therealbov_

Today we lay to rest one of the most influential men in our lives. Papa showed his love to everyone and left an impression on everyone. He left a legacy that we should all continue to chase and that was looking up to Jesus our lord and savior. Thank you Dalton “Papa” Dowdy for taking me in, and teaching all of us what is most important. That is Jesus and Family. We will take it from here, sir.
