Better late than never...

For the past 6 or 7 years I have dedicated part of my life to being in the Center Hill Band. From putting on my uniform for the first time to conducting my last show, this band has given me so much to be grateful for and I'm so thankful for everyone I got to march with. Throughout these 4 years of high school band, there has been some ups and downs, some hills and valleys, and some points I even considered giving up and walking away from band, but through it all I pushed through and here I am, about to graduate and leave CHB behind. I cannot be more grateful for all the section leaders, teachers, directors, parents, and especially friends who helped me through everything to get me where I am today. I am so excited for this next chapter of my life with the NWCC band and I cannot wait to learn and grow with them. To my fellow band members, thank you for letting me be y'alls drum major, it was such and honor to lead this incredible band. I can't wait to watch you from the stands at competitions and I can't wait to see y'all be amazing and get those 1s. To my fellow band seniors, thank you for being the best class to graduate with and to grow up with these past 7 years. And to Cassidy, thank you for being co-drum major with me my last year of band. I know you were hesitant and scared at first but you ended up becoming one of the best drum majors, not just by conducting but because of your leadership and your care for everyone around you. I am so so grateful we got to lead together and you made my senior year amazing. No matter what you do you have my support and I love you so much. I'm going to miss all of y'all. ❤️🎶 by @_therealmicah_

End of an era, start of something new...🎾

What an amazing 5 years it has been able to play varsity tennis with many different partners, I could have asked for a better team or better coach. This senior year has been a blessing and I can't wait to see what's next for me.
